It has a big parking location, and it had bathrooms outside which were very useful once we checked out .

I liked everything , it was a fair price and a band for your buck .

Great location. Available secured parking. Availability of tours and activities based in the premises

The restaurant seemed to operate at a rather basic level but dining opportunities around compensate

Everything was great with the property except one thing

That fact that i was made to pay for 2 people for a tour with out my knowledge, even though I went alone

Location was is good

Room was close to the main avenue, it was loud, outdated, I got changed extra for late check out after talking to staff twice and them telling me it was ok, they they text me saying that they misunderstood the time, no apology followed.

Beautiful place and close to everything. I highly recommend you stay here and book a tour with the kind and friendly lady doing tours outside.

Rained a lot, water drips from the ceiling in our first room almost wetting our electronics. Our room change also leaked. Shower had limited hot water at night but morning was fine. Wifi didn’t work whatsoever no matter where I stood. Noisy from the walls being thin when people arrive or just talk.

Location was good, just a few blocks from downtown and other sightseeings. The room was very clean and fairly confortable. There is plenty of parking space. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

PIllows were a little bit uncomfortable, but nothing really important.

Great hotel for the price you pay, I'll give it 4 stars. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are well, just rooms with a bed. Clean, with a functioning bathroom. Shower takes a while to heat up, but no big deal. Great location. Did not have the opportunity to enjoy their breakfast, as we were out early mornings. Breakfast started at 9am when we were there. Did not true the Wi-Fi speed, but I know it worked.

Location was good, room was ok

Wifi signal is not good in the room, I went and talked to the man at the reception and basically said it was working in the reception so nothing to do, but next morning there wasn’t any hot water in my room, the phone line in my room wasn’t working either so I had to go the reception were the gentleman was still working and very hostile, he sent an employee to check on it but suddenly when we went to the room the hot water was working, sadly the third day there wasn’t any hot water in my room again, I did not complain since it was my check out day, I just wanted to get out of there.

Comfortable room with sufficient electrical outlets, nice bathroom, good wifi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the town center, but close to the canyon (la barranca), with excellent views. If you have a car, the hotel has a huge parking lot.

There was no a/c or fan, but with the windows open, you don't need them.
