First impression was good, and the one guy running the property was great.

Cons -

The shower,was to gentle,more water pressure would be nice.
1. No running water after midnight; toilet for 3 people became a problem 2. The hotel is right next to a church, and they rang the bells at midnight and at 05:30 - no sleep 2.5 - Not every day, but also fireworks started at 05:30, right at sunrise, with 5 to 10 loud explosions every 15 minutes onward; I went to ask the people with the fireworks, they confirmed the church bells every day same time, fireworks only on our particular Saturday 3. Holes in the towels 4. The furniture was falling apart; one chair would've broken if anyone sat on it; bedposts were broken Bad experience all around; we left the same day, moved to the Cholula / Angelpolis Holiday Inn Express.
