Everything was ok

High traffic in front of entrance, far from down town, food in the restaurant not good

The hotel was clean & nice. Room was really large. I didn't use the pool so i don't know how that was. Full breakfast eggs, beans, bread , tortillas, juice and coffee.

It was too far from town. You had to cross a busy highway to get to town. So a lot of walking or using taxis. The hallways were really noisy on my visit, not much sound proofing.

Very clean and modern hotel just around the city center. There are always 4 options for breakfast (including vegetarian). The room was really spacious and super clean!

Our room was facing the street and the party noice from the hostel across the street was unbearable - no chance to sleep without earplugs

Although location was no ideal since a mayor avenue needed to be crossed to get to the old side of town, uber and taxis were easily obtained.

Dinner was dark and kind of enclosed for my taste. Good and prices where acceptable

Wry big space with no mini fridge or coffee machine don’t see the point of having such a big space with no mini fridge or coffee machine.There were also blood stains on the second bed sheets, not acceptable we had to ask them to change them and they did not even apologize for it like it was normal and we just had to deal with it !!! Front Staff are not welcoming at all !!!

The room is very naiad, with a good bed and in general super clean. Breakfast is good also.

The staff is rude and not ready to help you.

We didn't have coffee to go with our coffee maker when we arrived and needed to call the front desk and ask for it. We were told they would bring it to the room but it never arrived so we had to go to the front desk to ask again. Small detail and everything else was perfect

Best hotel near Centro Historico Puebla. City Club 2 minute walk. door. Disco next door. Great drag shows. Spacious and beautiful room. Great staff. Great restaurant with attentive waitstaff. Indoor pool with comfy chaise lounging. Quiet. Clean. Staff helped with late night rappi food and beverage deliveries. Great hotel experience

Front desk Nancy took great care of me. Friendly and attentive returant staff. Great club sandwich. Miguel showed me to the pool. Francisco helped with all my late night Rappi deliveries.

Big apartment like units. Fantastically clean. Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff in particular were amazingly efficient.

Receptionist refused to give us a second key and was rude. Hotel located on a highway and not in the center of town.

The room is amazing with space, amenities and comfort. The spa tub is huge. .

They had me move to my new room because the spa room was not available for my 2nd day. For some reason unknown to me the new traveler was granted access to my room WHILE I was 1.5 hours left for my change to the non spa room. They sent the security to help me move as the maid clesned my new assigned room

Room was big and well-equipped. Walking distance of historic centre. Breakfast included is substantial.Staff are very attentive.

The fitness centre is a disappointment. There is very little equipment and literally half of the six machines were broken. The room, though clean, looks abandoned.

Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. Due to rain, we didn't enjoy the terrace, but the view was beautiful. Also, the indoor pool looked nice, but we didn't use it.

No coffee machine! Also, there was a roof leak in the bathroom.

The rooms are huge in size so very comfortable, the property has free parking so if you are traveling by car it is very useful.

The surrounding of the hotel are not nice, not sure if maybe dangerous at night. The walk to the center of Puebla is not an enjoyable walk for most of the way

My stay was ok. The mini spilt in my room was finicky, the remote was the problem. The room could have been more clean. It looked like harder to get to spots hadn’t been cleaned in a while, like between the bed and the night stand. There was a burnt smell to the laundered items in the room which was the biggest turn off of all, Laundry funk.I had the do not disturb sign on my room the whole time, and someone came in my room and replaced my free waters, I thought that was very strange. I’d prefer to not have someone in my room while I have the do not disturb sign up. The breakfast was fine, they give you a lot of food….

Bad

I was unlucky to get room 208 on the 2nd floor, probabely the worst room they have. Rooms are quite spacious and nice. By entering the room, I discoved a strange smell like motor oil or what so ever. Even the bedlinen was stinking horribly. Besides, there was a constant noise from outside, probabely from the hotels air condition/generator. I informed the reception on the first day and they told me to check the situation.... nothing happened - they never came back to me.! I left on the next day even though I had paid 2 nights. Not recommended!!!!

They offer “pay at property” option on Booking.com then message many times demanding a transfer or they cancel your reservation. Must check in between 3:00-4:00 or they cancel the reservation.

Loved the very large rooms. Great bathroom and shower and great TV! Very comfortable. Brilliant breakfast!

The comfy beds, the size of the room.

Kitchen not open past 9 o’clock, jacuzzi dirty.
