For the price point this is an amazing hotel. Well designed big clean rooms. Friendly staff. Large communal spaces. Excellent location right in the centre. Upgrade on our room. Would stay again.

We so enjoyed this hotel. The location was perfect, the staff was friendly, our room was comfortable and attractive. This will be our hotel when we return to beautiful Puebla.

Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean and spacious. Amazing location just off main square. Airconned rooms, and staff at reception were friendly.

There is an internal courtyard which echoes and carries noise through the hotel. So can be loud at night/ early morning.

The shower's pressure was terrible. Very small stream came out. I told both a cleaning lady and the reception, however the staff didnt seem to care at all... The just laughed and brushed it off as if it was not important.Upon arrival, the bathroom had stains of water on the shower and sink wall. giving it an appearance of dirty.

The valet parking was for free, nice place and really close to zocalo

As a solo traveler room was good size . Its small but very comfortable for me .

Everything was great until around 8:00 or so when they started slamming doors and yelling and stuff like that, I was trying to sleep because I had a headache and that didn’t help but the place was great.

The view from the rooftop was nice.

Tv was old, you cannot connect to laptop or phone. Plus old control remotes. It was noisy during the morning.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt welcome. I arrived late, but I informed the hotel a day before and kept calling to hold my reservation and they were very understanding.The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean and well-stocked. Location-wise, it was perfect — close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful at night.Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, though there was only one issue. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The only downside to my stay was the experience with the night doorman/valet. Unfortunately, he was not very polite or helpful. When I returned from having dinner outside, he didn’t greet me, offer assistance with door, or wait outside by car. I expected a bit more courtesy, especially from someone in that role and he did this as I left to dinner when I requested my car and back. I didn’t give him tip at the moment, but when I left I did, even though he didn’t deserve it, but he probably had a bad day though he should not expect tip to do his job. You get tip on how you preform your job! That’s the first impression, but it was a night shift doorman not the one when I arrived at 7pm , that other doorman was very kind and professional. It was a small but noticeable contrast to the otherwise excellent service from the rest of the hotel staff.

Good location and welcoming staff. Both common areas and room were very clean. Big room and large shower.

The room is a bit dark with no good ventilation that made the room a bit muddy after the shower. Matress not super comfy, but okay for just one night. No fridge in the room that for a 4 stars hotel should be a must.

I loved absolutely everything about this hote. The location is great, just some minutes from Puebla's Zocalo, the staff is very nice and helpful and always eager to please. The room was nice, the bed comfortable and the bathroom and amenities totally met my expectations.The building and its open courtyard are also very pretty, adding to the beautiful experience.

Location can’t get any more central! Room was modern and comfy, great shower. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly.

Our room faced the street, so we kept the windows closed during the day because of the noise and traffic. At night, when the town became quiet, we were able to open them and enjoy the fresh air.

Great location only one block from the Zocalo. Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed a good burger at the restaurant as a change from tacos.

It was really close to the main square.

The rooms are in an inside patio so there was some noise, you could really hear people talking in the morning when we were trying to sleep.
