I like that it's central to many things, and you always have something to do.
The A/C in the room we were staying in didn't really work, all night it only went down 1 degree so it was getting stuffy
Since it's conmected to the plaza you have something to do and somewhere to eat without having to go far. Also the A/C was always on so the room was fresh at all times.
Clean, close to mall and location against trip purpose.

Location, parking
Right in the heart of everything, plenty of restaurants to choose from and plenty of stores to shop at.
The shower doors squeaked really loud as well as the movable mirror between the bedroom and hand faucet.
Nice experience in this hotel, good staff clean room . Good location ?
Everything
During our breakfast, a sir named Salvador sat at our table to insist on purchasing a membership. We were not interested at all but he insisted on being a once in a life time offer and that we had to get it. It was very annoying having him at our table during our meal time.
Great room, comfortable bed, very nice gym and pool.
Staff does not speak english very well, water filters in the gym cooler were dirty.
la cama deliciosa y habitaciones súper limpias y en excelentes condiciones
Staff, Breakfast, customer interface.
Everything was excellent.
It is super clean and it's fairly new hotel.
Parking was difficult to find due to the hotel being inside a shopping mall.
A lot of shopping and restaurants around. Plenty of things to do. Great location.
That was close to everything that we needed.
No fridge
