Central location, nice building, quiet and comfortable, polite staff. Very nice tgat they offer simple breakfast (that is not even mentioned in the hotel description).

The third-floor rooms are new and poorly designed. They are hot and not well-ventilated. Windows only face the hall.

This is a great value hotel in the perfect location. My room was super clean and comfortable and quite spacious. Being just a block and a half from the zócalo made it a great location for exploring this beautiful city. Having free juice, coffee and pastries in the morning was a nice added bonus. This is definitely a place I'll be back to on my next trip to Puebla.

Installations and rooms are really nice

Ad said included a breakfast, but this was a table with coffee and cookies.

The location is great, right in the center. The room is comfortable and clean. Nice shower. The staff is nice and helpful. Coffee and a variety of bread is provided for breakfast. Recommended.

Lovely shared patio to relax in, well maintained and pretty. Simple small breakfast of fresh buns from a nearby bakery, coffee and juice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, shower was good.

My room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. The room did not have air conditioning, it did have a ceiling fan and a separate fan, but it was still very very hot. A small bottle of water would be appreciated as provided in most hotels.

An absolutely dreadful accommodation. The rating here seems fake. The staff is indifferent if not low-key hostile at best. The bed sheets were not changed from previous guests with stains and hair. When asked to change them in the reception the reception didn't even argue - showing they know exactly what was going on. However, the bed was never changed. Impossible to sleep because of the constant noise. There is no ac which makes rooms hot in the day. The "breakfast" is a joke: a tea bag and some chemical "juice" with a piece of bread (see the picture)

Room had no windows, was smelly, you could hear the other guests, it was on a third floor with no elevator, the receptionist was a grumpy lady.

excellent location in the centre of Puebla. brilliant daily cleaning service. comfy bed. reliable and safe hotel

wi-fi was very patchy. window didn’t open to outside only to courtyard type area. no lift which was irritating as we stayed on the third floor.
