Cons -
- It was very loud - a church bell chimed every 30 mins all during the night and it was next to a busy road. The bed was very firm, and pillows rubbish. There was no darkness in the room. The shower was not warm.
- It was a bit noisy outside our room facing the street. The hotel is old and room was a little dingy and needed to be painted.
- Small room in poor condition. Bed lumpy. Motion sensor light in bathroom annoying as light went on and off while in use.

Small room in poor condition. Bed lumpy. Motion sensor light in bathroom annoying as light went on and off while in use.
Excellent location. It is just a few minutes walk to the center.A good rate money changer is just a few minutes away. Many restaurants are nearby. The reception is nice and friendly. The bed is comfortable.A basic breakfast is fine.Free parking for us, but in a different location. Please, check and recheck your car when you check out.
They do not have a lift. So, all just by the stairs. There is a leak in the bathroom.
The location was fabulous, 2 blocks to the Zocolo. Nights were quiet in the hotel which made for good rest as the bed was fabulous. Staff were friendly and kind.
The shower was cold for the first days, and the shower head was damaged. Shower drain blocked. Sensor lights came on and off all the time alone.
Location near Zocalo.
The room was dirty and the property is definitely in need of some painting/renovation. I stayed two nights, first day shower was cold, second day shower was warm(er), but water pressure miserable. Towels were old with holes in it. Light sensors were very annoying and light was turning off/on constantly. A lot of noise inside the hotel and whole night the bright light from the hallway in the room. One of the worst hotels I stayed in the last years and the worst one I stayed in in Mexico. Avoid this property if possible.
The location is great: very close to the Zocalo, a lot of good food nearby.Breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable
The main thing is same as in a lot of hotels in Mexico: no “do not disturb” sign but in this hotel the lady actually unlocked the door when we were asleep and I literally woke up when she was already opening the door and I looked at her and she just said sorry and left. No sign, no knock? The room can get pretty stuffy
The hotel had everything I needed. The staff was also wonderful.
The motion sensor in the bathroom area was a bit challenging. Lights were on for about 20 seconds, then off, until you moved. I understand the need to conserve energy. But the motion sensor should be adjusted to allow the lights to be on for more than 20 seconds.
Immaculate room. Great bed. Very good location
No chair in the room needs a lamp and placement of outlets is inconvenient
The staff was great. Perfect customer service. There was a problem with the lights in my room and they gave me a room upgrade.
The automatic lights don't have separate switch
Breakfast was some rolls and a pot of coffee, which was ok. Location was good. Staff was friendly!
The amount of street noise kept me and my friend up most of the night, despite the fact we were both using earplugs. Our sink had a drain fly infestation and stunk pretty bad.
Friendly staff, great location, affordable and comfortable.
A bit noisy and the rooms are lacking on lamps and electric sockets.
the breakfast was only coffee and a "kind of " Pound cake"
Room layout a little strange. Also there is no elevator, but staff was helpful with the bags
Modern and clean-staff was terrific anad helpful
odd layout in one room-bathroom right by second bed, so would be awkward
The location was perfect. Spacious rooms and very friendly staff! Complimantory coffee and cake in the morning.
All was good.
The location of the hotel it is excellent if you want to enjoy the Puebla's downtown and all its attractions (bars, restaurants, churches, museums, etc), everything is walking accessible. They provide coffee time untill noon and comfortable beds, good internet connection, good water temperature and pressure and cable tv.
I didn't like that the room was tiny and enclosed, it had a window which reflected light even at the night time, then I had to cover it with a blanket to have rest, probably not all the rooms have this issue or all guests are sensitive to the night lights to get some rest like me, but that was my only complain.
Staff really nice and friendly! The owner also.Wonderful position Nice design
No windows!Found hairs in the bed, I asked the housekeeper to change itShower not clean Big space but no chairsNo hangers nor for clothes neither for towelsLavabo difficult to be used and inside the roomVery nice design but it seems they forgot that it has to be comfortable No nighr lamp Breakfast very very poor, just coffee and a piece of cake. I had to ask for a tea but there was chamomile only.I asked to accept the cancellation of my second night but they didn't. I know very well they could do this.
I liked that you could open the doors and had a balcony
Great hotel - really good value for money, nice big rooms with a tv
location
weak wifi kept fading in and out
