Location. It was clean and personal very friendly

No coffee maker at room and if you want ice you have to pay for

Cleaning staff very well organized

Restaurante not very well organized but partially due to language

Great location.

The front desk seemed understaffed so the check in process wasn't really all that smooth. The place could have been cleaner. If they did a few minor upgrades (like newer carpet on the stairs), it would make a huge difference.

It is a grand old hotel, I loved my room, the location, the friendly staff!

Location and staff are excellent.

Restaurant is acceptable, but they don’t have service late night.

The hotel is very charming and centrally located, within walking distance to restaurants and main attractions.

The strong point of the hotel is the location (1 minute from the cathedral and the central square).The employees were nice and behaved nicely.The beds were comfortable and he slept very well.

Weak point: breakfast. You have nothing to choose for breakfast, apart from eggs and Mexican food. For a European (like me) it was difficult.

The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. When there was an issue with the balcony door in my room that couldn't be fixed immediately, they upgraded me to a different room. The Aircon wasn't cool enough so on request an additional fan was provided. Balcony views to the street were incredible. Great location right in the city centre. Restaurant serves good breakfast.

The curtains were not blackout curtains so the light shone through in the morning. The ice machine downstairs wasn't working. Renovations are happening currently, which I was informed about beforehand (also reflected in the price) so the usual facilities weren't available (gym, pool), so I can't comment on those facilities.

Great place to stay at the center of Puebla. Everything was good about our stay except that the pool was being renovated when we stayed, which was nowhere mentioned when made the booking. In fact, we specifically booked the hotel, because it had a pool. However, the receptionist offered a cancellation or an upgrade of our room. We chose the upgrade and we stayed in the hotel nonetheless. Apart from that, the quality of the rooms and the service is very good.

The pool was closed and there was some noise during the day because of construction work in the pool, but we were mostly out during that time.

Location cannot be any better, 2 minutes from Zócalo. Pool inside the patio is very warm and clean with tables around to enjoy some drinks or food. We even enjoyed live singing on Saturday night. Room was rather small, but super clean and with comfortable beds. Parking also available.

The location is spot on for the value. Easy walk to the center and talavera street. The beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed the pool.

The air conditioning did not work, they could not put more gas in, said the unit was too old. Brought a noisy fan in. Asked for a different room and that was heard on deaf ears. The shower was not super clean and it sprayed all over unless you decreased to very little pressure. The shower curtain and drapes were ripped. Obviously not one of the remodeled rooms.

First room had some issues, suggesting it wasn't cleaned. They gave us an option of two other rooms and they were great (we picked one, obviously).

Beautiful building, comfortable and clean. great location.

The location is close to every were you want to go

The location was very good, The hotel is a few minutes walk from the main square. I would recommend the accommodation for that reason, The hotel porter was super friendly and he couldn't do enough.

I don't like to comment on the staff however the more I travel in Mexico the more I notice things. I think the receptionist could have been friendlier and more welcoming, The size of the room was not enough for three adults. We stayed here as the hotel has a pool however, we didn't use it. Somehow it wasn't inviting.

Central location.

Terrible smell of sewage throughout the hotel; no lockbox in room; inescapable bad music in patio, thus audible everywhere. I wanted to cancel a future stay and it was very difficult to do so. They charged me an extra 30% of the total room cost for checking in 4 hours early. Normally this is gratis when the room is ready.

We didn’t have breakfast. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We would recommend your place. No complaints.

I liked everything. You could have a little more written information about the area, local restaurant recommendations, things to see and do. The staff was helpful with those kind of things. And an airport shuttle would be nice but not necessary. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Great location, comfortable courtyard with pool

Coffee was weak and overpriced, pool was pretty to look at but not inviting to swim in.

terrace floor was very dirty. shower was cramped. in general room was on the tight side.
