Hotel Nube, Puebla Centro

Oh. My. Gosh. The most amazing hotel I’ve stayed at in Mexico (and you wouldn’t know it from the outside, very unassuming). First every single staff member was so friendly and welcoming, they’re just the greatest. Next the rooms are so bright and clean, HUGE windows letting in all the light. Everything in the hotel is spotlessly clean. Next is the location, right in Centro with an incredible bakery across the street and surrounded by out of this world local restaurants. The roof top patio is beautiful with views of the city, steeples and domes. All this and the rooms are completely quiet at night with amazing room darkening shades. I slept better here than at home.

Great little hotel in the center of Puebla. The rooms are basic and very clean with everything you need. Good hot water in the shower. The staff is fantastic, and always friendly and helpful. The location is right in the center with everything you want nearby. Finally, a great price for a comfortable stay. It's the second time I've stayed here, and the quality remains.

Property was very clean, people at front desk were nice and helpful. Food was good aswell, would definitely recommend to anybody staying in Puebla.

The room I booked says “city view”, but there’s nothing, except the windows of the building across the street. ?

Perfect location. The rooms feel modern and nice, beds are comfortable and the rooftop is a jewel.

There is a restaurant nearby with really loud music, but use some earplugs and it is fine.

Friendly staff. Close to Zócalo.

I would had rather had an extra pillow instead of a single one. But I’m pretty sure that the staff would had accommodate my preferences if I had requested one. There was no tissues provided or bottle waters.

Very clean room, excellent location near The Parian Market, has an elevator, excellent lighting, has AC, tv, desk, and safe.

The shower head in our room needs to be replaced or cleaned since the water flow was not great. The drain in the shower was also very slow as well as waiting for warm water.

☆☆☆☆☆ Staff is superb! Extremely helpful and accommodating. Shout out to Enrique who took the initiative to upgrade our room in order to make us more comfortable as I am traveling with an almost nonagenarian and I'm mobility compromised. He also made taxi reservations and recommendations to leave from Paseo Destino bus terminal (30 mins from hotel) to Mexico City Airport (2.5 hrs away). Rooms are exceptionally clean. Room safe available. Elevator access. 300 meters from "El Parian" shopping market. Rooftop restaurant with top-shelf liquor. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. On-site parking available.

I would advise asking to get a room facing the rear, also I had to call the reception at 3am to ask them to tell one of the guests to keep the noise down.

Exactly as advertised. Minimal but clean and comfortable.

Parking, we have a tall vehicle, could not get in.

The walls are really thin, you hear everything from the next room, even normal conversations. Bring earplugs!

No breakfast. Location was great. The room is basic but clean. Shower had good water pressure. I would stay here again.

A little larger bed. It was an older style box spring mattress.

Amazing staff. They were so helpful and professional. When we were sick they cooked rice for us. We are so happy with the facilities and was a great value for money. We saw different rooms and they are all so bright. Highly recommended.

The location was excellent. Close to attractions and restaurants.

The noise! Stayed 4 nights and for 2 of them someone's phone alarm went off randomly between 230am and 4am. Children screaming uncontrolled in the hallway, and people clanging up and down the metal stairs. Had to wait over 12 hours for an ironing board.

The Hotel is awesome! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is really good. You can do everything just walking. We want to give a special thanks to Yolanda. She was very kind and helpful.

Super comfortable bed, wonderful views, nice helpful friendly staff of course Spanish helps but I give credit to Hotel Nube for tolerating my presence at their fine hotel situated in colonial Puebla. Unlike US cities with masses of homeless people in urbans areas, Puebla like other Mexican cities was free of homeless, panhandlers and other street vagrants who degrade the living experience.

Would be nice to have ergonomic seats, premium internet service, business services, like a meeting room with a flat screen tv, snacks other amenities.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nube. Its well located, clean and comfortable.

The gym was quite limited.
