Location is good. 10 minutes walk to Puebla zocalo.

The beds are extremely old. They need to be replaced as soon as posible. I pay for three rooms and all of them were the same. 2 of them did not have hot water.

Everything was good , quiet and clean place for travelers

No complain but the WIFI was not good

Cheap accommodation. Close to the historical centre. Free parking in garage.

If you think you would like to stay here because of how cheap it is, because you're a backpacker and trying to save as much money as possible, think twice because you are not going to be able to sleep a wink so it's not even worth the cheapness! Not only are earplugs a must because of the noise, but mainly the mattress completely bows in tbe middle causing bad back pain! Was told the showers were hot, they were not at all! No shower curtain, which isn't a problem, other than flooding your whole bathroom should you want to shower for more than 5 minutes. Me and my boyfriend are so easily pleased and are happy with BASIC accomodation but honestly, if you want to sleep, go somewhere else and pay a couple of quid extra! Had 2 nights booked, left after 1 and cancelled the 2nd night.

price is cheap. we just booked this room to sleep. we arrived late and we started early

Good location really close to downtown. Restaurants nearby also. Quiet location also.

Towels were ridiculously small would be a bad point and wifi a bit on/off. pillows were horrible and lumpy.

We could hear everything what was going on in the hotel, acoustic is a bit strange there, there we no towels available, it was a little bit hot in the room during the night

I wish hotel will provide free drinking water

Breakfast not included. No drinking water included, you have to pay for both. No place to put your personal belongings except one small drawer with one handle and it is very difficult to open it.

The location is perfect to visit the city, lot of shops, restaurants, very close and museum too ! Actually, this is the heart of the city. The bedroom were medium size.

The bedroom weren't very clean and it smelled tobacco inside. No windows and the mattress weren't so comfortable.

Close to centre. Close to bus to Cholula. That is about all really.

Internet didn't work for three days. Mouldy bathroom. Nowhere to hang towel or clothes. Sofas in common area had shredded seats. Cleaner left bathroom window open which gives onto corridor and is big enough for someone to get through.

Good value for your money, in the heart of the historic center, great location.

The Wifi was an issue, you had to go to the front desk to get a good signal because in your room, it wasn't working.

Everything was good , staff was very kind with me , it is really good place
