City Express by Marriott Puebla Centro

Clean, comfortable and great location.

The gym was small and did not have any mats for working out on the floor.

Clean; quiet; interesting building

It was all fine.

The price was good

Too noisy at night, you could hear people talking and laughing all night and you could hear the flushing of water from the other rooms bathrooms and the Breakfast was TERRIBLE

Nice staff, free private parking, clean and spacious room, close to the city center, good breakfast options.

Breakfast plates / cups / utensils are all disposable, quite a waste.

Very close to many things in the city. Clean rooms and nice staff. The pillows were good and the rooms have good AC.

The mattresses were good but could be better.

Location and toiletries

The hotel was disappointing to say the least. There were groups of soccer players and they were loud and messy. Nobody from the staff asked them to be a bit quieter or to behave. The room didn't have towels after it had been cleaned. The breakfast was horrible (disposable tableware and cutlery). The elevator is very dirty and the rooms don't have closets or a safe. Never again.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was good, Location was really closed to many restaurants.

The only thing the room was missing was a fridge, and would have been nice to have a fridge to have my drinks cold with that hot weather.

Location is great! A few blocks away from Puebla's Historic Center. Big parking section. Room is spaceous and staff clean it daily. A/C was a plus.

Room didn't have a closet nor a safe to store our valuables. It would also be nice to have a small fridge or microwave available.

Location and cleanliness

A few problems with the elevator

Good location. We also chose this hotel for the parking opportunity on the premises of the hotel that was free of charge.

We have stayed before, we like that the property is close to the city center.

How small is the breakfast area. Too small and overcrowded at times.

Location was perfect. Also parking

Noisy place. A/C made impossible to sleep. Noises from other rooms during the whole night. Didn’t get more than 4 hours sleep.

Great location! Lovely staff! Great breakfast! Extremely good value!

Not much place to put clothes in the room. No views.

The hotel was comfortable and the free breakfast very good.

The rooms didn’t have much place to put clothes away.

The location, very clean, friendly staff and helpful, is a super deal for the price. I was very pleased with everything. You won't be disappointed.

Great coffee at breakfast, beautiful open spaces outside in the garden, excellent attention from reception. When I complained about the noise from the hotel next door they brought me earplugs. The hotel provided me with 2 travel cribs for my babies and the woman who delivered them was very sweet. All staff we encountered during our stay were very helpful and friendly. Check in and check out were fast and efficient. Great wifi speed. The location is central but a good distance from the noise of downtown.

The noise from the hotel next door and the half-sized pillows.

Comfortable and having an AC was a plus, great breakfast and friendly service all over.

Nothing, everything was great

room was nice, comfortable beds, breakfast was good, the cook made us vegetarian eggs with no ham, staff spoke english. location was good

ac was on the floor and a bit loud, but during the night we turned it off

The property was very clean. Always someone cleaning the lobby and other rooms

Very noisy. I did have the last room of the corridor but still can hear people in the lobby. I also could hear everything from the room next to mine. If the noise bother you, don’t go there

Breakfast was great, good variety of food, restaurant staff was super friendly and attentive. Hotel location is great super close to Historic area

We liked everything about our stay
