    Pros +

    • Excellent location right in the heart of Puebla, walking distance from everything. The room was super spacious, including the bathroom. Well stocked with lots of towels, additional toilet paper, toiletries, etc. Beautiful views and the hotel itself is beautiful.
    • Loved the high ceilings in the rooms and the common grounds with all the beautiful plants. The staff was super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. I enjoyed our breakfast every morning.
    • The property is gorgeous.

    Cons -

    • I was told I could check in at 3:00 pm, and I was not able to check in until after 3:30 pm. The door was also a little tough to lock - this was an easy fix and when I reached out to the front desk whatsapp number they quickly responded and showed me how to lock the door.
    • The spa was not open while we were there, but the pool was nice and the rooms were very comfortable.
    • The room we stayed in (Niha?) did not have air-conditioning as listed in the booking. Luckily the weather was cool and pleasant and our ground floor room was comfortable with just the high ceilings and ceiling fan.

I loved the location in the heart of the UNESCO central historic district - it was so close to so many attractions and restaurants. Other than noise from a wedding(?) at a nearby building one night it was still peaceful and quiet though. The inner courtyard was a peaceful and beautiful place to sit outside the room to talk and relax. I wish we had had time to take advantage of the rooftop lounge - it looked beautiful!

I liked the concept of the hotel, with guest rooms named for famous Mexican women and decorated individually. Most of the staff members were extremely helpful; the front desk lady in the morning was efficient but did not take time to help as the others did. The ladies in the evening helped me locate places to buy specific gifts I needed, and the gentleman who took care of my car was anxious to please. The extremely spacious bed was very comfortable; the mini bar was nicely stocked; the bathroom was spotless and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent.

The mat for the shower floor might have been more obvious, and a bar in the shower would have helped with the slippery floor. I am tall, but I thought the soap and shampoo dispensers were too high.

Decorations and theme of the hotel are on point which elevates the experience of staying in this place

There are many things that need maintenance. From doors and screws to humidity on the walls.

The hotel has a good location near the historical center of Puebla. You don't hear any street noise. The design of the inner courts is interesting and provides a feeling of open spaces.

Room Antonieta has its door on one side of the restaurant, too close. One cannot leave a window open for fresh air. No mosquito netting. The shower controls for hot and cold water are labelled with wrong colors. Water in the pool was very cold. Jaccuzzi was full of leaves, and is on the topmost level. Cold air. While I waited for the room, I was not offered water or coffee as courtesy. Instead of 3 nights I preferred to stay only 1.

Hotel boutique with special setting and decorations. The pillows and blankets were good. Included mini bar, safe box and closet. Very clean and conveniently located.

The towels need to be updated.

We had a couple of great massages, booked a day in advance. The staff was great! Never ate there, but had some excellent drinks at the bar. Great location, easy walk to everything in historic center.

My confirmation was for a room with air conditioning. Our room did not have anything other than a window on the courtyard. The wifi did not work, they said it worked that morning and would fix it or give us another room. They did neither. The rooftop has a great view, but there was nothing there. Towels and linens very worn and tired. We had checked out of our room before our treatments, and th spa had very limited space for showering/ changing.

It was a well situated boutique hotel and there was parking which is nice. The restaurant and bar was in the facility. They did have wifi but at that time it was having some issues, but otherwise it would be perfect.

    Issues with the internet only

    Loved the spa treatment

Mattress is not so comfortable for a spa hotel. There is a nightclub across the street, so had trouble sleeping on a friday

    1LarryPosted on: 2-11-2025

Had to ask each day to turn on hot water and connect the internet.

We asked for a taxi to the new airport NLU but the driver took us to the old Airport , even though we told him 3 times he was heading in the wrong direction. As a result we had to buy new tickets at 3 times the price and arrived in PV after 14 hours instead of 3 hours. It was so late into PV that we had to get a hotel room in PV.The driver blamed the hotel and when I phoned the hotel manager she said that we never told her or the driver the name of the Airport. The hotel manager, a very young woman did not fix the situation and we had to pay over 12,000 pesos for her mistake and missed important meetings in PV!

Beautiful hotel. Very nice and helpful staff. Very good food at restaurant. Quiet. Comfy bed. Huge rooms.

The regular coffee available in the morning is terrible. However, the specialty coffees are ok.

    Location was very central

Some of the rooms have very old appliances, toilets etc that sometimes don’t work.Hot water comes during selective hours

    Location and staff.

The beds weren’t comfortable they were very hard and the lights in our room didn’t work we had to use our phone torch to walk across the room and use the lamp in the corner. No window in our room made it feel a bit too dark even during the day.

The room was lovely and with a massive, comfortable bed. The staff were really helpful, and spoke English which whil.not necessary was appreciated. Location was perfect, just 5 mins from the centre of town.

Beautiful small hotel with full restaurant service, ideally located 3 blocks from the zacalo. Staff were very helpful and some spoke English. Included breakfast included fruit, juice, coffee and rolls, although a full breakfast was also an option.

Very few outlets in room to plug in electronics. Had to unplug a lamp to free an outlet.

Very helpful staff and valet parking. Nice and functional design. The place has a story to tell.

    Included breakfast was not good

Close to the historic downtown area. Walking distance to restaurants and attractions .

    10RachelPosted on: 6-22-2024

The atmosphere with all the greenery was very relaxing. The breakfasts were top-notch! And the beds were super comfortable.

We picked this hotel for the jacuzzi and we thought it was included in the stay. We didn't notice that it was an extra charge as part of the spa.
