    Pros +

    • The location is excellent with a walking bridge over to the airport terminals. The Gym is very nice and well equipped. There on three dining choices on site plus a lobby bar. View of the airport runway was fun to watch. Windows are soundproof.
    • I loved this hotel! My parents and I stayed 3 nights and from the moment we arrived in Puebla, we felt welcomed by the staff! Miguel was very helpful, our hotel room was beautiful, clean and comfy! The food at this hotel is delicious! Loved everything!
    • We had many breakfast options, and it was delicious. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

    Cons -

    • The hallways are dingy. In need of paint and floor trim. Rooms are dated and smell a little musty. That said, I would stay here again if I had an early morning flight.
    • The AC in our room didn¿t work very well (or at all ) but it wasn¿t too hot thankfully.
    • The room was not cleaned after first night and we had to ask for change of towels and filling the coffee corner.

The staff was absolutely outstanding. Their efforts were truly “above and beyond.” 15 out of 10. The bed was really comfortable and the location was convenient to tourist sites

The noise. The noise. The noise. The hotel rooms are situated around an stone atrium. The restaurant, the bar, and all events are situated in the courtyard at the base of the atrium. (The restaurant and bar are absolutely inhospitable). So, every single sound is amplified as it bounces off of every stone surface—right into your bedroom. There was a children’s event on my last night—there were screaming children and trumpet music that lasted well past 10 pm and despite their efforts, the staff could not persuade the event organizers to close the show. Despite the outstanding staff , I would not stay here again.

It’s a stunning boutique hotel, with so much charm and elegance. Our bed was comfortable and bathroom was recently renovated. Plenty of closet space for two. Breakfast (not included) was really good, and the dinner also. I highly recommend the mushroom soup! My husband took advantage of the pool. I had a wonderful massage. It’s a fairly quiet location: just 3-4 blocks from the Zocalo, and right next to a park where an outdoor flea market sets up on Saturday and Sunday, which we loved. You’re also just a block away from the Los Sapos shopping area and park. Would definitely return.

The only negative was that the bedrooms are above a courtyard which is beautiful but that is also where the dining room is, so if the diners linger until late, you can hear them. It did keep us up a bit one night.

Ideal location for exploring the historic center of Puebla. Our room was large, quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated; the bathroom was spacious and modern. The staff was helpful with several requests.

This is a beautiful hotel but I missed having an inviting, warm, common space to relax with a drink in the evening. The restaurant area was fine for breakfast but not where you would want to sit down with a cocktail. There is a tiny bar area but it was chilly and not inviting and I never saw an employee servicing it.

The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The pool and sauna were really relaxing. The pan dulce was delicious. We loved everything.

The room was not so good isolated so some noise woke us up in the morning.

The staff at front desk were great! Miguel went out of his way to make sure I had the info to get around and get the most out of my visit in Puebla and Atlixco

Waiter staff in restaurant seems robotic formal. As if they are serving the king and queen. A bit more relaxed would be nice…imhoBut they are very nice

Location is ideal for activities downtown. Staff are very attentive, courteous, competent. Facility is beautiful.

There was a consistent problem with the toilet, in spite of staff promptly attending to it twice during our stay.

Staff, food, pool, rooms, location - we are well-traveled and picky. This place is outstanding.

Nothing. Even the parking was free and easy and safe.

The bed was so comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

The art in the whole hotel was not good!

Location close to all sites in the old part of the city. Excellent restaurants close by. Spacious room, gym, pool, complimentary chocolates every day

No ability to opt out of room cleaning - for the environment’s sake

Perfect location to stay the heart of Puebla. Pictures don't do the property justice. Well maintained, and the rooms were large with extra large beds. Good breakfast options. Concierge was super helpful with tips and any other requests.

Stayed over new year's so bit loud at night with other guests as rooms overlook the central courtyard. A few times for early breakfast, no staff could be found and had to wait 15 min. Lastly, staff were pushy for tips after breakfast service even though it was included in the stay. Tipping is common in Mexico and did every time we ate out, but not expecting to be pushed for it for a breakfast included stay.

Great property with lots of charm. Great location. Free parking. .

Poor quality staff: breakfast took 2 hours, plus 30 more minutes to haggle about the check as they wouldn’t account for some of our breakfast coupons, and charged us for irrelevant stuff (such as charging for espressos because they said breakfast coupons were only for americanos).

I loved everything about the hotel. The valet parking was so nice and convenient. The check-in was so smooth and the receptionist so friendly. The room was outstanding and super comfortable. The amenities were great and the bathroom very luxurious. The front desk was so helpful in sorting out all our requests.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. The French Bakery connected to the hotel was lovely but the staff aren't always in a friendly mood, which wouldn't be an issue if it didn't contrast so starkly with the hotel staff who are so great!

    The public space.

My room had a “city view” - a back street with a glaring street light at night. It is a boutique hotel which-for me- reminds why I should never book a “boutique hotel “ sight unseen.
