They only give you one pod for one shot of regular espresso, then they wanted me to pay 35 pesos each for additional pods. Way too much. Marriott gives then for free. Most hotels do. $2 for a 50 cent pod that fotos be free? I went to Walmart.

Comfortable bed, large bathroom. Helpful staff.

This definitely not a 4 star hotel. My express deal promised a 4 star hotel with refrigerator (no rooms at this hotel have refrigerators) No ice machine, had to ask for a little bit of ice. No drinking glasses in the room. Had to ask for those as well.

The hotel is surround by big trees, staff is very friendly, the suite is big and well planned, walking closet, extra large bathroom, comfortable sofas in living room including a desk. cute small balcony. every thing looks clean.

Our room was wonderful. I loved the bathtub, a rarity. Close to walk to the mall for a variety of foods. Great location to walk the dogs. Felt very safe.

Rooms were spacious, super clean and comfortable. Staff went above and beyond. Would recommend.

One of the rooms had a slight smell of sewage. Nothing that impacted the stay.

The check in staff was incredibly helpful and multilingual which was a great benefit to a non Spanish speaker. Everything was provided in writing, too. The room was HUGE and gorgeous. Definitely cannot beat the price for the beautiful space.

We liked the spacious, clean, comfortable rooms and great buffet breakfast. The hotel is set away from the road so is very quiet but close enough to the city sights if you have a car like we did.

I like the location, it is close to the most beautiful bridge in the town. Also, the building is very clean and comfy. Warm beds, really beautiful decoration. The blankets, pillows, and towels are really elegant and comfy. It is a great, great place. 100% recommended. The street was animated during the day.

There is no laundry service as shown in the pictures, also there is no kitchen and no microwave as shown in the pictures, also there is no external trash bin. finally: there is no way to understand the owner's rules. I mean, the owner was almost invisible during the stay, never asked if I needed any service, and then, suddenly, behaved very rudely, almost as if I invaded the place. It seems like he/she is not educated on tourists' treatment. Also, it seems like the city tax should be paid in an external office, far away from the location. The owner does not make it easy to pay the city tax, and then my inbox suddenly got a lot of messages asking me to pay less than 20 euros instead of charging them from the credit card. I just decided to ignore those rude messages, I defer that to booking. I hope not all Prague city owners behave that rude, it is a shame. Very bad experience.

Quiet, well treed, clean, and friendly staff.

The property is next to the river, which is polluted and smelled like a raw sewer. Some days the stench was almost unbearable, some days hardly noticeable, but it was a constant factor in our stay.

Will not include breakfast for next time and instead pay for it on site as it makes sense.

Check in process was worst in the 20 plus years of HHonors membership.

The hotel looks great, rooms are very spacious, beds super comfortable, everything in the hotel is sparking clean, and with a special decoration and style. The staff was very friendly... only point for improvement would be their knowledge of the way booking.com works and how to handle this with customer. We also loved the surroundings which has a lot of green areas to walk around.

The staff at the gate was very friendly and helpful, but we sometimes felt a bit pressured (i know bit part of their salary are tips.. but still)
