- The location was perfect, just 2 blocks from the Cathedral, 4 minutes walking to Zocalo (Old Town Center, all tours start from here), 11 minutes walking to Parián Market and Callejon de Los Sapos (Alley of the Frogs). The room was clean, comfortable, the staff were friendly. I didn’t have any complains about the noise because I asked them to please assign me a room that was not facing to the street.

Close to the main square, open 24 hrs, staff was great. Rooms were good size and well maintained
Beds were not comfortable, very hard, shower water was barely hot enough for shower

The first room I was given was horrible, with no air conditioning while there were plenty of other free rooms. For me that was the worst that's why I wasn't happy about my stay...
