Pros +
- Location, nice staff.
- great location
- The lobby and valet staff were friendly and accommodating.
Cons -
- Wi-Fi didn't work. Gym was closed for renovation. They charged more for valllet parking than what was actually published. Live music way too loud at night. Put the sign do not disturb on the door but they ignored it and enter in the room to clean it...
- Old building with poor maintenance... Poorly trained staff and NO manager on site while hotel was fully booked!!! Elevators failing... some rooms are actually very ugly. PLEASE verify star rating it is NOT a 3 star hotel, should be 1-2 tops
- The hotel manager was unhelpful, untruthful, and arrogant.

Great location, decent rooms, great value. I don't know where lots of the other people were staying.
Bathroom could have been cleaner: it was tidy, but the drain had issues.
