Staff! They were very friendly and eager to help

Rooms have no air conditioner, they did have two fans but the room was warm at times.

Breakfast was very good, the location very walkable, the staff kind, and overall was nice.

The room didn't get AC and it was super warm, very uncomfortable

Breakfast is great, great value and beds were comfortable.

The wifi was very weak and I was unable to work from my hotel room on the hotel wifi.

This place was in a great location, good breakfast, & great staff.

Location is great, in the heart of the city.It has a parking garage, which is a huge plus if you’re coming by car.Service by staff is quick, nice and efficient.

It can be very noisy if you get a room facing the street, the rooms with windows to the inner patio are quiet, those are better options for sleeping.The walls are very thin so one can hear the activities/ conversations from the hallway or the adjacent rooms.Breakfast is ok but not very flavorful, it’s a limited buffet catering for quick massive breakfast meals. Even the coffee could be better.The food in Puebla in general is much better, so this could be improved easily.

The cleaning of the room and the Hotel in general was really great, they respect the personal objects from the room and keep them as they are located while they cleaned our room and the bed was too confortable, good internet connection, always warm water in the shower

At night it really easy to heard noise from the outside and the besides rooms, it seems that the rooms dont have good acoustic blocking, the receptionist personal are not friendly and they do not attend correctly the concerns or basic request such as send a water bottle to the room, the breakfast buffet is the same all days, it does not have good variety to offer in the buffet and gets boring eat the same all days, also they ask for tips for everything everydays, it makes you feel unconfortable

They did not allow us to check in due to a clerical error at the desk with the reservation. They apologized, but said they could or would not do anything. They pocketed the pre-paid money however, so we were cheated. Beware of this hotel!

It is a very updated, spacious and very clean property.The breakfast was very good and complete.

Just wished it was closer to the cathedral and zocalo.

The beds and the room was super comfortable but it was faced to the main street, so it was literally impossible to proper sleep since the windows add no type of isolation and the noise of cars, specially because the street was made of rock was too loud. With some proper isolating windows I would give it a 9.

Good things: the location, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, spacious room with two queen-sized beds, no smoking in the entire hotel, and free parking. The facility looks really nice!

Could improve: temperature of the room (no climate control, only a standing fan); check in wasn´t until after 3pm even though they told me 1pm might be possible; only one room key unless you pay for a second one. I also had to ask for more toilet paper the first morning and 2 more towels on the second morning --even though we booked the room for 4 people. Those things should have been taken care of ahead of time.There is no alcohol allowed in the rooms. There is a terrace on the roof that looks very inviting for having a glass of wine or tequila or something, but that is not allowed. That´s a shame! Though I can imagine some guests would get loud and rowdy up there if they could have alcohol -- which would spoil the stay of all the other guests, so I understand.

Everything was great.

I liked the king bed and it's remodeled.

The breakfast was so little and so basic. We ate only two days of the four because of the tasteless food. No good for national travelers, only for tourists that not know about Mexican food.

Staff especially, Gorge was very helpful and customer oriented. Location was good with easy walkability to most sights .Breakfast service was very good

Hot water was an issue. You had to let the shower run for at least 5 minutes before warm water appeared. Bathrooms need hooks to hang clothes during shower.. Breakfast entrees tended to be cold. Main staff other than Gorge, need to improve English, which caused problem with arranged transportation in the morning. TV only in Spanish and losing transmission signal.The beds were somewhat hard.

Location was perfect for walking to Centro to shop for talavera. Breakfast was very good. All staff we talked to were fantastic. Secure parking was a big factor in our decision.

A hook for towels would have been nice.
