Casa Haus Hotel Puebla Centro Histórico

This is a wonderful hotel in a historic building in the historic center of Puebla, a UNESCO world heritage site. All the rooms are exceptionally spacious with remarkable interior design that conveys a sense of austerity and deep calmness. The staff was exceptionally helpful. We decided to extend our stay to the maximum possible- just didn't want to try anywhere else.

something to be aware of is that in a historic building a lot of the rooms are facing the courtyard without outside windows, and that may not be comfortable to everyone. We preferred a room with street view at the expense of some more noise.Also, while the rooms are listed on booking.com as "suites", there are no cooking or eating facilities in the rooms - the pictures and descriptions are 100% correct.

Super comfort . Hot water , air conditioning/ heating in every room , bottled water and coffee replenished every day

Location is very good

The parkin is a problem because there is no parking at the hotel and they rent space in a near parking garage but I can't get in after 11pm because the parking garage close at 11pm. Very inconvenient

Casa Haus was located near the Central Plaza (zocalo). It’s a lovely property. It is charming and very well-cared for. The beds were super comfortable and the staff were very accommodating, helpful and informative. Plenty of hot water and nice showers. The coffee in the room was even fresh ground.

I loved Casa Haus, and only wish I had stayed longer. I will definitely stay here the next time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa House Hotel. The building has a charming old-fashioned style that makes the whole experience feel authentic and connected to Puebla’s historic atmosphere. The staff were very nice and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit.Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the street — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view of the city. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Puebla Centro, making it easy to walk around and explore nearby attractions.Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

king bed was not good, never changed towels, only provided one soap during our stay.

Absolutely beautiful space. The staff was hospitable and friendly. I felt so safe. They welcomed my service dog and were so supportive. Was able to leave my car to park with them for my stay. Absolutely loved this space.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a few blocks away from the Zocalo. The staff working there are friendly, the bed is comfortable, the room is elegantly designed. The price I was charged was extremely fair. Overall I would say that the excellent reviews are well-deserved. Next door to the hotel there is an upscale Oaxacan restaurant with delicious food (not cheap though, it’s upscale).

Parking was not onsite. Public parking lot that required leaving keys

Was clean and staff was great. The shower was amazing and had great pressure. The daily cleaners did an amazing job. Location was great to get to everything.

Was not a problem for us but if you are a very light sleeper do not get the balcony room because you can hear some of the street noise.

The look

The bad service provided by the staff, the fact that it was very noisy within the rooms, either from the street or the neighbor . There is no noise isolation

The bed was super comfortable, it was quiet, clean and with a good shower. The staff was wonderful.

Nothing about the property. You need to walk around 10 minutes to get to the center.

The room was super clean and the bedding was refreshing (best sleep ever ) It was walking distance to the town center and the staff was great! They even had valet parking available 24hrs! We had to leave at 12am and they brought our vehicle and even helped load our small bags!

It's a beautiful hotel and we had a nice balcony room. The attention to detail was impeccable and the staff always courteous and kind. They did their best to make our stay unforgettable. Very clean room and the house keeper went out of her way to make the room look the best. Spacious room, huge comfortable bed, great hot water pressure, clean towels. Always provided us with a bottle of water each. Hotel is located around 7minsc walk from zocalo. Always someone at reception. We felt really welcomed and safe here.

For the bathroom to have a space to put out shampoo or soap and the water from shower comes out to the room the little edge in the entrace is not sufficient to stop water from shower

Liked the location

Overpriced considering the room was smallish and had practically no amenities. The lack of natural light (due to tiny windows) didn't help

Everything was perfect! Clean, quiet, comfortable and beautiful design! Only two blocks away from the main square.

bad experience,no hot water.And sewer is not good cause many waters inside room.Wifi slow.
