Everything was great

We enjoyed relaxing at this hotel, both in the comfortable room and the roof top patio. The mix of ancient and modern charm was inviting and the staff were so helpful with directions and holding our bags at the desk. We booked a couples massage in our room which was amazing. We really liked how close everything was for walking and Uber pickups. The hotel is on the edge of the historic district so it is very quiet at night.

Everything was perfect! The hotel was beautiful beyond expectations, relaxing and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect walking distance to the many attractions in Puebla.

They are very short staff and a lot of the amenities they offer on line are not available, almost all of them. They only have one waiter for the restaurant

great location close to all and very easy to walk around Puebla. building was beautiful with many amazing features like large courtyard for dining and rooftop deck with tables and bar for additional entertaining. also a beautiful cantina bar to the left as you walk in.

Although this was jam packed with amenities, none of them were open / available during our stay. Cantina was closed, rooftop was empty and restaurant downstairs didn’t seem like it was open. we stayed at the beginning of the week, so maybe these are things open on weekends? but I would have liked a heads-up before I booked. I also saw a flyer in the elevator advertising spa services, but was super unclear as to who would be performing or where location was. If you prefer locations with no noise and or interaction from other guests, this would be perfect.

I like how clean it was and they provided us bottle water at different times.

They offered to charge extra if we use the room before 3PM when they have the room available.

My fault really. Offered a choice between a balcony room and a quite room in the back. I chose the balcony. But it is small, just looks over a busy street. Very noisy. If given this choice, take the quiet room. Also, the bathroom had a funky smell. But just the bathroom

Across the steer there was a loud bar (only one night playing very noisy)

Quiet rooms with AC. Nicely designed rooms with spacious bathrooms and a great shower.

The location was fabulous, the rooms were very clean and the building was beautiful.

Stayed in a room that faced the street and it was very loud with cars all night. The room was very clean but the smell of the cleaner they used was overpowering and you couldn’t open the windows due to the street noise.

Breakfast was good, location very good.

In the shower there came only hot water so I was not able to shower properly and could not wash my hair. First we had a room facing the street that was noisy but we were able to change the room. Difficulties in communication because we didn't speak spanish and the staffs english was not very good.

This hotel is small and beautiful with great history, since it was an old home from 1700s that went through various changes. The doorman, Sergio, speaks English as well and is happy to share the history of the building. For a boutique hotel, the rooms were very large, with accents typical of Puebla. The bathroom was my favorite. Puebla tile accents throughout. There is beautiful central courtyard with a restaurant. You are a few steps away from the Parian market, and a few more blocks away from the main town square (Zocalo). Great location.

When you stay in the city center, expect the sound of the city most of the day. This hotel sits near a busy street. With that said, the noise calms down in the evening.

So much noise from the street and the ventilation 24/7The second night some people had a party at the hotel until 8am, and staff didn't care.Can recommend this hotel.
