Manager, and front desk agent, America both provided excellent custom service

The hotel services are top of the line, the shuttle, the breakfast, the location are excellent.

The way to get in and out, is a little bit confusing and kind of a maze.

Good Location outside the city center. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Short taxi ride to historic city center.

The hotel is new and clean. If you like shopping the hotel is beside a large mall. What i truly appreciated was the staff, so understanding and welcoming.

Nothing, and we requested refund from Booking.com service representative. The representative had phone conversation with the hotel, and it was agreed that we will receive refund. Based on that promise, we left the hotel on December 15 for Hilton Garden Inn in Puebla, Angelopolis.

Bed bugs, noisy, rock solid bed.Had to leave because of the bed bugs and my family and baby has bites and rashes all over.

Location, cleanliness and very friendly staff

- The personal was very friendly and helpful!- Buffet Breakfast was good with mostly mexican dishes. In my eyes some dishes could be warmer.- What you get for your price is fair!- Internet was mostly working with ok rates (7-15MBit)

- AC was not working on heating mode - except on weekends - it was sometimes a little bit cold- The pool would need a little bit more maintenance- Some of the sheets / towels could be renewed and quality management should be increased- Coffee maker in the room was not easy to handle with the provided coffee

-The location is very good near the very big malls, easily to connect with downtown and also with valsequillo and even the African Safari zoo.-The value for money is good, rooms are of a reasonable size.-The breakfast was correct and the views are pretty good from there.-if you go in weekdays is pretty relaxing stay, staff is friendly.

-The views in uperr floors are pretty good,, but in lower floors where I stayed not amazing.-On weekends gets overcrowded and staff is not enough, avoid weekends if possible.-Bathroom was pretty small.-the gym is ridiculously lackluster for a 4 stars.-Few sockets for your devices.

Everything pretty much met my expectations, the room is not very large, but it met what I needed. Breakfast is basic, but I guess that what one can expect from a free breakfast.

Regulating the water temperatura in the shower its at best tricky and one has to endure very hot and very cold water on the same shower! Other than that the walls seem to be really thin as you can hear full conversations from the neighboring rooms!

Breakfast was The location was fine, but the room only had one towel — I had to ask for more — and there was no hair dryer. Breakfast wasn’t good either. The eggs were cold even though they were in a steam table, and when I asked for hot ones, I was told I’d have to pay extra. I even asked if I could heat them myself or use a microwave, but there wasn’t one available. Disappointing experience overall.

The customer service was poor from the start — the main entrance and lobby are in different places, and the lobby is on the 7th floor, which was confusing. The staff weren’t very helpful. When I accidentally misplaced my breakfast voucher in my room, and instead of helping, the breakfast set up on the 6th floor, refused to let me eat and told me to go back to reception, where I was told I couldn’t get another voucher.

Comfortable, clean, great continental breakfast included, could do a late checkout, I askedb for a room with a view towards the volcanoes, and they gave me one

The location close the mall and city center. the breakfast was complete, variety and tasty in my booking was included.

The carpet of the room looks old and dirty. the bathtub was a small. The pillows were to high and the hotel only have that size.
