Staff was friendly, massage was great.

Pillows stunk, room location was very loud and we could barely sleep.

The beautiful and cleanliness of the hotel. The location was excellent! The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent! We had leftover food from dinner and they offered to store it for us the next day they warmed it for us and brought it to room.

The only things we wished they had were a gym, fridge in our room, a pool or sundeck, elevator and spa location. But they said they are working on this and it should be available in a few months!!Yaay!

The excellent restaurant on the premises, the spacious room, the small touches like a sweet treat left each day, the beautiful Talavera pieces all throughout the hotel.

Since all is open, at night the noise from the restaurant came up into the room.

This hotel was truly exceptional. As a business traveler I seldom consider returning to any facility for vacation purposes. CasaReyna was not only an exceptional business hotel but perfect for a few days with my wife. I will positively return.

Very well maintained and tastefully decorated. Nice location on the eastern edge of town, walking distance to main attractions downtown. Good restaurant and spa on site

Room could have been better designed- little soundproofing and ventilation. Sound echoes into the room from the morning conferences they sometimes host in the courtyard, can be hard to sleep. There is no vent in the bathroom and the humidity hangs around after a shower. Clear glass in the bathroom may be a hazard for children or people with poor eyesight.

The food is first class

I love the artistic details in the hotel. I they have expanded since my last visit, as has the area the hotel is located in. It is in the midst of a very active commercial and historic district.

I happened to have a reserved a room in the newer addition on the upper floor, but it had windows, but none that opened to the outside. The room was very spacious, well furnished, and modern with artistic touches.

Food was OK. Breakfast is better than lunch. Food can be found with higher quality and lower prices elsewhere

I announced my arrival and couldn´t get early check in, not even one hour early.

Great facility, very clean and very professional attentive staff. Loved the restaurant on site. The bathroom was amazing, great shower and wonderful tub. We loved this place.

About a 14minute walk from the city center. While not that far, it’s across the street from a main thoroughfare and it felt like you were kind of away from it all.

Beautiful rooms, pool was wonderful, staff was very accommodating. Love the view of the volcanoes from the top level where the gym is located.

This hotel is beautiful! The rooms are spacious, the restaurant was outstanding, the spa was wonderful. We enjoyed seeing the art and pottery throughout the hotel. Very clean and lots of attention to detail. It was easy to walk from the hotel to shops and restaurants.

The beds were a bit too firm for our taste.

Everything - staff etc. My husband got sick from some bad food he ate somewhere. I couldn't find bananas anywhere as it was a Sunday. Adalid sent some complimentary bananas to the room. Elizabeth arranged for us to stay some more hours in the room until our bus so that he could sleep in the room. Thanks so much. The hotel itself is gorgeous and conveniently located to everything.

A tea kettle would have been great. I had to ask for hot water a few times a day as I drink a lot of tea - it was hilarious as sometimes. got a giant pitcher of hot water instead of a tea pot.

The Legorreta architecture, the beautiful rooms, and the wonderful staff. The restaurant is also quite lovely and the restaurant is excellent with several different seating options..Great location for restaurants and shopping
