Beautiful property and an excellent location. Very comfortable beds and a beautiful rooftop terrace for breakfast.

It can be a little noisy, especially the noise of the lift and the music they play starting in the morning

The place is great inside, rooms are comfortable, breakfast buffet on Saturday was great selection.

All the buses in the morning are very loud, and fast.

The style of the hotel was amazing. It was clean and the location was great. Not far away from the cathedral and historic district.

The smell in the room was awful. It smells like wastewater. The hotel is on a really busy street so the noise was extreme. The breakfast area is in Winter way to cold. And in the room was not enough toilet paper we have to ask twice for more. And not enough towels.

The bath in the room was fabulous and the beds were super comfy

A large, well appointed room which was very clean.

The room (including the bathroom with a huge window) was right on the street on the ground floor and was a little exposed and noisy.

The hotel is very beautiful, with large rooms that has a rustic feel to it. We were on the ground floor (with only 2 levels) and the room had view of the courtyard, but it meant we couldn't have the curtains open as people could see into our room, but it wasn't a busy space so the likelihood would be low that someone would look in.The soundproofing of the room is great. I was worried when we got our room, but once the door closes it is quiet. Didn't hear the reception or outside from the streets.The beds are very comfy, the best we had on our Mexico trip so far.Location is great. Very close to good cafes and restaurants and in easy walking distance to the sites of Puebla.Staff were friendly, and answered some of my questions about the city.If you're here a few nights, than this is a fine place to base yourself.

Lovely decor

We had quite a lot of money with our booking for breakfast, but it was just a muffin and black coffee. Even though the hotel didn't have many guests, we were put in a ground floor room next to the road, which was noisy and meant we couldn't open the curtains/window without people seeing into our room. And we only had one bath robe, which is a small thing - but when we paid so much for the stay, it was a bit disappointing.

Hotel was very boutique and lovely views at breakfast. Staff were fantastic and rooms very plush and beds very comfy.

The toilet isn’t closed off from the room ie not private

The property was very close to the plaza and near many wonderful restaurants and mezcal bars.

Wish there was a coffee maker 8n the room.

Continental breakfast could be better like adding boiled eggs, yogurt and oatmeal

The fact that it is a Historic building and they have kept it as it was, with so much respect for it’s original structure

Renovated convent keeping most of the 18th century charm & style while adding wonderful modern amenities for bath, bed & technology services.

That I couldn’t stay longer.

The facilities are fantastic. It’s a beautiful hotel all around.

The one thing that we can complain was the “breakfast included” it is really not the case. It just includes coffee, small fruit and a piece of bread. It was clear that in order to have a real breakfast you had to order from the hotel restaurant. I think this is more of a trick to get you to go up to the restaurant and try it. The restaurant is pretty good.
