Absolutely nothing

A truly sh..hole. Dirty msm all rooms, no a/c,no hangers,no anything. Cigarette smoke everywhere. Windows to a shaft.

The location

It was old, the rooms are smaller than in the pictures, the bed and the pillows were terrible. The water in the shower took a very long time to warm up.

Spacious room and bathroom, comfy beds and good location. The hotel let us store our luggage after checkout till our bus journey late in the evening. Helpful staff.

Long wait for hot water. Things that didn't bother me for short stay, but didn't work- elevator out of order, hairdryer available but not working, no ventilation in the bathroom.

Location is excellent. Double pained windows helped block street noise.

Hard mattresses. No place to hang wet towels. No place to hang toilet paper. Couldn't open and use safe box. Floodlight placed in front of Window, lighting entire room at night.

Location is the best asset

Room not as pictured, a lot smaller. No air conditioning. There was no toilet paper, no soap, no water, just 1 glass even though reservation & room for 2. The room and hallways smell musty.

Handy location, friendly staff

Dirty bedroom and bathroom (hair, dust... I kindly complained and asked for a clean-up immediately upon arrival, but it didn't happen), very noisy , hot with just a fan, doesn't look like the pictures

Great Location, room layout.

Shower head sprayed everywhere, beds were not comfy.

Very noisy, and with a poor internet connection. If you are planning to spend the day outside and just sleep there it's a great choice, but if you have to do some work you'll have a horrible time

The location was fabulous. It was quiet and very close to the Zocalo. The staff was very nice. They let me check in early and kept my bags for me since I wasn't leaving until late in the afternoon. The breakfast was convenient and a good price. The fruit salad was fabulous and they brought me liquid milk for my tea and coffee for no extra charge. I hate Coffee Mate.

The room was very small. No refrigerator or coffee maker. But I guess it's an old hotel and for the price, I couldn't expect many extra's or modern conveniences. Although, it wasn't that cheap by Mexico standards.

It took a long time to get the hot water to come out of the shower, therefore wasting a lot of water. there were no toiletries available in our our room, i. e. Body lotion etc.

I love the staff

The window to the room didn't open up to a truly outside area. It got a little hot in there.

I really liked the location, the proximity to the main square of Puebla.

The hotel is old and run down. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. The rooms looked like the cleaner did a basic surface clean only. Pillows were awful. Nothing extra provided besides shampoo that looked old. My room had toe noil clippings all over the floor breakfast was bad .
