Handsome plumbing fixtures, very new, beautiful design, good linens. This will be a gorgeous place when it is ready to open.

Sky Bar, Spa were not open. No in-house laundry. Wireless only worked well in two rooms, so we had to change rooms. Breakfast began at 9 but they changed it to 8:30 for us. Overall, hotel seemed brand new but not really ready to open.

We finally found the perfect place to rest after a concert. I had been waiting to find a place where you feel that is your second home. I hope that if you pick this place to stay find Ruby and she will be happy to help with all your needs.

Bring your flip flops because floor could be slippery. They do not have room service in the spot but ask Ruby to give you choices.

Courtyard facing rooms can be a bit noisy. Ear plugs did the trick

Looks great but not safe. Missing cámaras and door bell after 9 pm you will be knocking at the door for someone to open for you.

I had a very scary experience with an extortion call in the middle of the night. I called the police to our help and we ended up in another hotel. I believe hotel staff had something to do with it because no one else had our personal phone number, we are foreigners.

The included breakfast was not very good and a little confusing as there was a buffet which you could not eat unless you paid extra.

The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location. Breakfast is included and personnel is friendly.

That it doesn´t have a parking lot, but at least there are some options nearby and in two of them, the hotel pays for the night hours.

I liked the serene and spare design of the room. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

Room was very humid and wet; our clothes, sheets, shoes, etc. got wet everyday. It was very uncomfortable for sleeping

The staff was really kind, I loved the location, the room, the bathroom, the bed, everything was very nice.

Nothing we didn’t like.

Location is very good. Near city centre and various tourist attractions, plenty of restaurants, and traditional sweets shops. Food was very good. Staff was very helpful to give us suggestions and as well helpful when we needed a taxi for the coach station otherwise we would have to wait 30 mins for an uber. A special shout-out to Guillermo as he helped us with the taxis.

Facilities were good, except our room didn't have the key to the safe, but we asked the staff and they brought in another safe.

This was beyond my expectations especially for the price. They had everything you needed readily available. The bed was super comfortable, amenities were on point. Staff was excellent, super helpful and very sweet. Will definitely save this one for future stays.

The tub is a bit slippery getting out, but that’s why they provide the mat, to prevent any injuries.

Internet was so-so. It would drop and was slow. The site techie has to address as it wasn't working.

A very beautifully restored historic building with high end ultra sleek and sexy finishes. All of the staff went out of their way to welcome us, answer all questions and assist us in any way possible. Breakfast in the atrium/inner courtyard was delightful and delicious and the waiters used the translator apps on their phones if any language challenges arose. The manager was always available for anything and everything! We had a magnificent room with a balcony, high ceilings and a sumptuous tub which was made clean and fresh every day by our pleasant, hard working maid. Taxis were arranged for us at anytime and were very inexpensive. As the owner of an Irish American Tour company, I highly recommend visiting this UNESCO World Heritage city and staying at this boutique hotel in the middle of the Historical Centro.
