Room size, price, clean, quiet, quick check in, staff was very good. Hot shower and large shower. Good channel selection.

Internet was not stable.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was a decent size. The water pressure in the shower was great and the room was clean. Two water bottles a day are provided.

Bed was VERY firm (I normally don't mind firm beds) and I wish they didn't mention having a fitness room available. None of the machines worked. But overall the price was low and so I think for that price, the amenities being what they are is fine.

No coffee or glasses in the hotel. Even paper cups would be good. Mattresses are very hard.

Friendly staff, quiet location, walking distance to Centro, clean, comfortable basic accommodations, good shower hot water and pressure.

Noise from inside hotel, window in bedroom looks out to hallway, window in bathroom looks out to storage room however the window is high enough.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The foyer is very impressive and the room was clean and large.

The room is very dark without much natural light. So we slept in a lot due to that. It also cold in the room maybe due to lack of exposure to sunlight.

My stay was fine. Check-in was quick, the price excellent and my room was comfortable. Staff was very efficient and polite.

The room and bathroom were decent

One of the light bulbs in the room broke and the shower was clogged. We communicated the problems three times to the staff, who told us someone would come to fix them, but it didn't happen. Moreover, the area is not so central, nice or safe. You need to pay attention to people outside asking for money for looking at your car (there's no indoor parking). There's no breakfast offered by the hotel, but they are affiliated with a restaurant, so you need to go in this other building if you want breakfast.

Nice modern budget hotel. It's located 10 minutes walk from Puebla Old town, in a not very nice but calm street. The room was small but comfortable, sadly there's no AC.I heard to too much noise from other guests during the night

Just about everything: location, humdrum workout area, friendly, mostly staff.

The beds are ROCK hard, line most mexican beds were 15 years ago. My stay was February and the room was chilly and the nights COLD. I left because of the beds.

Everytime we come to Mexico Puebla we stay here because of very big top floor. We cook our own food and relax in terrace. It’s huge advantage.

Please increase kitchen amenities :)

The linens were old (not clean), the water coming out of the shower was bad. Only a little jet and not enough to shower. The ceiling of the bathroom has mold. The smell was musty. AND THE WORST OF ALL, THERE WAS A BLOODY SPIT AT THE WALL IN THE ROOM

The staff are super nice and friendly, the rooms are large and comfortable. The WiFi worked well.

It isn't in the centre however it's still within walking distance

Water pressure in the shower isn’t strong. Door to my room rubbed against floor so that I could only open it halfway before it got stuck. Beds are on the harder side.

Clean, close to downtown historiic Puebla

A non-functional desk - chair too high to fit under desk, have to bend over to use desk/laptop. WiFi was sporadic, too slow at times.No restaurants or ATMs nearby.Immediate vicinity is questionable (trash in streets, empty/dilapidated buildings, vagrants). No food service/facility (asked for a glass, was told no, even though they have a kitchen).Drinking water provided for 1st night only. They wanted to charge me for approx. one night for a late checkout - they did agree to a 1 hour late checkout without a fee. Room lacks privacy - in back corner adjacent to stairway, window opens to stariway.There were better rooms available, I think I got the bookingcom room.
