The beds were well made and made up. Great location near restaurants and a bus stop for bus station

This is a hostel not a hotel. We were next to a dorm full of sports team members. It was very noisy in the courtyard. I had difficulty sleeping

It was very well located and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The beds are really uncomfortable and the shower room is small so it gets very humid and hot quickly.

I didn’t like that the property had a curfew and closed at 10pm, also didn’t like how I had to find staff to check out. Also the tv in the room only a few channels worked

Excellent location, great value for money. Good internet in public areas.

I was trying to work down stairs. At times, the staff were making unnecessary noise and playing music.

Noisy people early in the morning, and Wifi wasn't great

The location was excellent and the hotel was great value for money.

Our private room had an ensuite but the water never worked and when it did, it was never got during five days staying there. We used the communal kitchen upstairs but were told that it was not part of the hotel which was very confusing as there were no signs.

Could be cleaner, you can see they don’t bother to clean under the beds etc. New guests we’re brought into the dorm at midnight and reception came in and turned the lights on and explained everything loudly even though I was clearly sleeping.
