Great location, nice staff
They placed me in (literally) the last room when there were more available, and there was too many stairs
Location
Room too small and noise bounces highly in hallways.
Location is perfect
1. The guy is very rude 2. Found a bug on bed sheet running, it took me an hour talking to the guy and the lady to cancel or change the room, finally they changed the room for us3. The room size is very small, it is not like as 350sft on the booking.com(only 150sft)4. Wifi was not working
One electrical plug. No water, angry answer when I wan’t a receipt for the room, one towel per person………
All of the above
Quiet and very clean, next to the cathedral and zocalo, hot showers.
