The bed is GREAT. We've stayed at a lot of the hotels in Puebla, and this one by far has the best bed, and a very spacious and comfy room.
It's impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom.
Everything, New, clean, friendly staff
Only thing I didn’t like was the TV you couldn’t access any apps on it like Netflix
The location was great and everything seemed really clean and new.
There were lights above the bed that did not have a switch. The only way to turn them off you had to take out the key card, which turns off all of the electricity for the room. I was really cold and had to choose between sleeping with the lights on or without heat, which was not ideal.
The property canceled the reservation claiming my card did not went through, when the reservaron was "pay at the property". I called and the lady said, they don't know why booking reserved a double room when they don't have any. So they went ahead and canceled. I made that reservation two days ahead. I was traveling with my kids and literally left me without a room at a late time. Very disappointing. First time it happened to me when reserving with booking.
It is a new hotel, and the location is very near Angelopolis
No complaints
New hotel close to costco. For us, that drove the decision. The staff, hotel itself and room was incredible. Incredible value.
