- Elevator was not working. Had to climb 7 stairs to the 6th floor several times. Hotel did not inform of this problem. Breakfast was not tasty. Bathroom was not very clean.
- The hotel was dirty...walls,floor,carpet,bed; in short everything. The elevator was missing a button to dial when going up. We couldn't sleep in that place. At 2:00 am we looked for another place to move because the condition of the hotel.

The lady working at receptionist she was extremely nice and polite.
The rooms smelled disgusting and when we lifted the bed sheets it had a huge yellow stain (about 3 feet long) the carpet and beds smelled disgusting. We told the front desk at 4:30am about the incident and they said they could do nothing about it.

It was describe has a 4 star hotel, However it should be consider a 3 star hotel instead. Rooms are too small.
Carpet needs cleaning and there was Drainage order (smell)
