Big Lie with the service of airport shuttle pick up and RETURN to the airport. I HAD TO PAY TAXI tO THE HOTEL !

I liked their breakfast. It was varied and fresh. Don't drink the orange juice. It's pure yellow water with lots of sugar!

The air conditioning was so loud that it was hard to get to sleep! Way too loud and the worst part is that it didn't cool that well!! Definitely not a hotel I would stay again.

Location. Near to my Business sites. Shopping mall nearby. Close to airport.

Nothing specific. Earlier pickup and drop within 5 km was available. Now it is withdrawn. This was convenient for non Spanish speaking persons as it is a bit difficult to converse with the taxi drivers. But i could manage.

Breakfast was pleasant. A few choices consisting of Mexican cuisine.

Booked the hotel because they said they had an airport shuttle. Provided all the details if flight numbers, arrival times and terminal. Three times this was provided. Messaged on arrival. No shuttle. We arrived at 10.30 pm. Finally arrived at the hotel at 1.00am. We tried phoning and they hung up on us four times. When we made our win way there at our cost there was no apology or acknowledgement. Very basic hotel.

Breakfast was good, specially the chilaquiles.

I did not know the hotel was not located closer to the airport. It was a bit complicated to get to it.

The room was great. The breakfast was delicious.

No one ever answered the telephone. It was difficult to book the airport shuttle. I had to book via the 1-800 agent.

I loved the friendliness of the staff and all the amenities on the property. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and made use of the fitness facility the entirety of my stay.

I didn’t like that I had to pay for breakfast and that it wasn’t included in the rate.

Rooms were clean, central location, pool was great.

Shuttle was excellent, they even took me to and from the company I was visiting. They were very accommodating and the drivers where very nice and polite.. The breakfast was delicious as well.

The AC makes a lot of noise

pool and cardio items, cleanliness and comfort was great

staff doesnt speak english.. gym needs improvement of weight items.

Air conditioner inefficient and too loud.Hotel is a bit old but well maintained. There is nothing around beside Sta Fe restaurant which is good but only that.There is also a small mall but difficult to walk due to no sidewalk.Breakfast is very limited: only one fruit and terrible juices.
