Extended Suites Monterrey Aeropuerto

Tristemente yo hice una reservaci�n para cinco personas de las cuales son cuatro adultos y un ni�o y booking envi� reservaci�n solamente para cuatro adultos y me hicieron pagar una noche m�s de hotel. Y este fuera de ser un hotel es un vil hostal

Se promociona como hotel pero es un vil hostal cuya polic�a tiene que estar rondando por la peligrosidad donde se encuentra

didn't stay because i was told that the hotel have shuttle to take you to the airport and it wasn't also i was told that the hotel had pool and that's a lie also overall experience was terrible had to move to another hotel i was charge $--- for nothing

Nothing, absolutely NOTHING.

Everything, staff was ignoring while asking questions, i told them about the cockroach in the room and the room was not clean. I asked if i can get refunded and she told me back with a big smile NO. So we went ahead and got another room in another hotel which they were really helpful and clean rooms.

the gym, the chair in the room that was cushioned I used to work from, internet worked

the room was just , the distance from the airport, the cell-like feeling, the lack of ANYTHING in the kitchen to cook or eat food- just a fridge- what's the point? felt eery inside. I wouldn't stay again.

I felt like I was dealing with juveniles a game of 'got you'.

Front Desk was Helpful, Good Parking Space, near to all shopping malls, Good for Long term Stay comes Fridge, 2 Burner Electric Stove with Microwave and Fridge.

Missing Iron Board. But have to ask the Front desk to provide one and NO hair Dryer. Needs little bit of Carpet Cleaning.

They dont clean your room, you have to take your trash out, you have to request everything, toilet paper, so if you have crumbles or anything on the floor it atays there since there in mo brrom in rooms and they dont clean the rooms until you are done with the stay, my kids's door latch was broken so there was no safety overnight for them, the building is not kept up, one lady was rude and lied to me about not having room available for a extra night and i book with booking.com in like 2 minutes, they have a lot to improve, basically all you have is a bed and tv.

Dirty sheets, the room did smell weird ?

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. A/c kept the room cool.

Smelled like mildew the whole stay. The sink was clogged and some items like the a/c cover were broken. The microwave didn’t work at first.

Had beds and hot water

Got a suite with a kitchen and had to pay extra for kitchen amenities, plates silverware cups. The bathroom exhaust fan was super loud, was better to phone flashlights to have light in there.

Breakfast

I has issues with the a/c in the room. The dining room was unusually warm. No refrigerator or microwave in room.

It was next to "los cochinitos" carnitas food.

The place was dirty, the restroom has ?. I ask for another room and they accepted, but the place is old and dirty in general. The hair dryer suffered electrical damage and they wanted to charge it to me.

it said it was close to the airport and it wasn't, they wanted to charge me 50 min, per hour for store one luggage after check out, the carpet of the room was NOT clean at all, and the bath, well i dint want to use it not even with sandals, the beds were not confortable at all, and the smell of the room was a foot aroma,

The room smelled like a dirty dog, wall paper was peeling and stained at ac unit, needing upgrades, the kitchen had no pots, pans, plates, cups or cutlery
