Slow check in, fire alarm activated at 2 am and it took more than 40 mins to shut it off

They did not have record of our reservation when we arrived. Staff acted put out to take care of us.Room smelled like sewer gas and when we complained, nothing was done. It's very close to the airpt but only run shuttles every hour. Double-charged us.

VERY close to airport. Had a difficult time calling the hotel. We were never able to call the local number to ask if there was a shuttle available. Once there, they were able to provide us with a shuttle to the airport the next morning.

Typical City Express. Very clean and comfortable, nice breakfast.

Friendly staff. Rooms were spacious enough (better than expected). Wi-Fi was very slow and non-existent at times (didn't work the first night). Shuttle doesn't run at night so took taxi but is close to the airport. Shuttle in morning worked.

The washroom shower had mildew and needed a deep clean.

Close to the airport

Small suites, don’t answer phone calls on time, don’t have shutters to the airport all weekdays and don’t say anything about it in their publications.

The location alone makes it worth it — being directly connected to the airport saves so much time and stress, especially with how heavy the traffic can get in Manila and the high taxi surcharges. Having a hotel that’s literally steps away from the terminal gave me real peace of mind and made time management effortless. The staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. I had a 12-hour layover and mentioned I wouldn’t be staying overnight — they still let me check in early without any hassle. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and attentive, from providing clear instructions to assisting with room service. When it was time to check out, a staff member personally assisted me from my room all the way to Terminal 3, even helping with a luggage buggy and guiding me where to go. The rooftop bar is a nice touch. Their food and cocktail menus were both really good, and everything was clean and well-maintained, from the rooms to the facilities.
