Bit more variety at buffet breakfast

Clean and nice place, confortable bed, you can access several international and national tv channels, decent breakfast.

No negative feed back for this hotel except that they could add more diabetic friendly menu on their breakfast.

strong disturbing smell in lobby and in the room. barely warm water in the shower. bed creaks with every slightest movement.

Comfy beds, clean, standard Hampton inn you know what you are getting for your money. Conveniently located to the airport.

The service and the food was good.

The pool was under maintenance and they didn't specify that to me before making the reservation, I could have chosen other cheaper hotels but I chose that one because of the pool and we were never able to use it. Also the Booking price is not correct.

The hotel was very nice, quite similar to Hampton in the US. The grounds were lovely, it had all the amenities you could need. Top notch free breakfast, the best I had in a hotel in Mexico. Also, free shuttle to the airport, with a good selection of stores and restaurants beside the hotel.

It was expensive, and there are cheaper options in the same area. The price was higher than quoted on booking due to the exchange rate. The value for the money increases if you intend to use the gym, pool, etc.

The staff could have done better.I wasn't pleased, not for the amount I paid. Room had an awful smell, the towels, sheets as well. I needed a room and had to settle for this. The area is awful, I will not be returning. For being a Hampton Inn, I was so disappointed.

For my expense report, I need the company address and my name on the hotel bill.My request to add the data to the invoice was initially rejected. After a long discussion and after a long wait, my data was provisionally supplemented.

The TV reception was terrible. The sound didn't work half the time. CNN International was the only English language station and it didn't have sound half of the time. I was there for 12 days

Room was not properly cleaned. Bed was hard and pillows were awful

Room was loud, dirty, staff incompetent and not helpful. One day we where out of power for more than 8 hours and no info or help from the staff. No offer to shower at nearby hotels or anithing at all, poo service from the manager to the reception.
