Everything! The breakfast buffet was a real buffet with different types of fruits, juices, drinks and real Mexican food. It also had pancakes and pastries. Best part that the buffet was included with your stay.

My husband loved the breakfast he was really happy that y'all had a buffet, location was excellent it was really close to different shopping centers.

We were unable to actually utilize amenities offered such as gaming consoles and pool table. All games on console require a password to play and no staff members were knowledgeable or had information on how to obtain it. Nor did they try to get in contact with anyone to resolve the situation. We then decided we would like to try the billiards but children were given access although there is a sign that says that the pool table is for guests 18+ but staff still allowed them. Also, so many staff were on duty but I only ever saw the front desk and bartender working. Everyone else was just talking to their peers and using their cell phones. There needs to be better management at night to oversee staff. The company is paying them to stand around. It became very unprofessional.

New and cozy properties.

Everything was perfect until Wednesday night, there is a bar or party, or anything going on around the hotel, and it becomes noisy as hell at late of the night. It literally like the DJ is yelling in front of your bed. This issue is a common one in Mexico though, which really needs hotels’ attention. And one more little thing is I was told there is shuttle bus to the airport, but when I was about to book for the next day, it turned out to be no bus available between 5:00-9:00am.

The location and price

Wifi didn‘t worked at all, we were on floor 7 of the hotel, wifi connection was terrible, on floor 3 where a friend of mine was located, the wifi worked. Floor 7 no connection.

The property was nice

They advertise transportation to the airport and during the morning hours they don’t drop you off or pick you up from the airport. They ask us to wait two hrs. We had to get two taxis because it was my wife and children traveling. We had to separate to be able to get back to the hotel and get our vehicle. Even so we had a reservation they did not had anyone available to pick us up from the airport.

Room was very clean and comfortable, great breakfast buffet and good location.

I was told I could call for airport transport on arrival and when I called, I was told it would take over an hour. the airport is literally 15mins from the hotel. When I requested ice through room service, I was told I would have to walk to the bar/restaurant and get myself, however the first 2 times it was brought with our food. The bed was not that comfortable, and you could hear everything going on in hallway and in the mornings when they were cleaning you could hear them moving furniture and loud bangs, definitely had trouble sleeping in.

First of all, you are not able to check in before 3pm. I arrived on a Thursday at 2pm and they had me waiting till 330 to give me a room. The staff were all serious all the time.. Second of all, the pool was close an entire day of the two days I was here due to “maintenance”. I have an autistic child and the only reason why we choose this hotel was because of the pool and also the game room and to be 100% honest I was extremely disappointed with both. The pool being close an entire day it was very bad for us because all my daughter wanted to do was swim. First the front desk told us they will open at 6pm. Then I went to ask at 6 what happen and then he told me it will be close all day. I spent 4 hours trying to calm my daughter once I told her she couldn’t get in.The “game room” was another disappointment. They only have fifa game and the only “kid” friendly game they had wasn’t even working. The restaurant food it’s so bad. I tried different items and I was left disappointed each time. The only thing that was good was the boneless chicken wings. And let’s not talk about the “free” breakfast. It was gross.I don’t understand why this place have good rating.. were the people paid for lying online??

The property was clean, and affordable.

Very disappointed, they programmed a shuttle for us to go back to the airport, and no one show up, we almost loose our fly.

Yo could hear noise/tv/conversations from the adjacent rooms. Bed sheets were not of a good quality.

The breakfast was awesome, the room was cool and confy, the bed great, bathroom relaxing, the staff really friendly. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

I did not like that it was my first reservation with Booking and I did not pay attention the pool was closed for renovation, that one was on me, the staff patienly explained that to me and we decide to stay and we choose the right thing.

Taking into account that most of the people staying would be because they have a flight and the hotel's location is near to the airport, breakfast time is not friendly.
