The rooms were dirty The bathroom had no Lights and the ceiling was leaking

I asked them to change us to another room and the new room was dirty a broken door and no lights in the bathroom
View, it was the staircase
The shower door didn?t close and the shower head was broken and sprayed everywhere. Also the bed is as hard as a stone floor. The television was small. Smaller than a monitor on a laptop.
