- Location in a semi affluent vicinity, quite secure neighborhood. Elevators/Room entry also quite secured via keycard. Overall cleanliness was very good. On site staff was cordial and efficient. Food at the bar was outstanding. Free Breakfast buffet.
- location, staff are the best. It is a busy property. Good parking and a pool. Location is right next to the highway for easy on/off. There is a park 2 blocks away.

Cons -
- It is very outdated and we didn't get our room clean or our bed done on one of the 3 nights we stayed there.
- Unable to reserve directly or deal with a "live" person. The building needs much updating (ie hallways carpeting and electrical system) we got locked out in hallway unable to enter room or elevator for a few minutes. Stars should be 3 to 3.5
- The rooms are a little dated and would be more like a 3 star property
