Hotel Casa Colonial - Adults Only

Pros +

• Staff's hospitality was definitely outstanding. Also, the location of the hotel is excellent. It's located in the heart of the city's downtown, and steps away from one of the most recognized transportation means of the state, Pullman de Morelos Terminal.
• The location is great central to everything walking. The gardens and pool are beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. An oasis in the central part of town, the staff are friendly and helpful. It is an historic Building feels like staying in a old castle.

Cons -

• Not that I didn't like but I found inconvenient that I had to rang a bell to gain access to the hotel late at night, however, I understand that it is for the safety of their guest. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel. It felt like staying at home.
• The Hotel could pay more attention to details, some updating on the veranda it could be beautiful. The sofas need to be replaced there old and don't fit the traditional style . and some traditional colorful art in the rooms to make them more inviting.
