- The staff is very kind, we had a problem and they solved it immediately. The food is amazing, I recommend you to try as much as you can and also the sunday brunch. Amazing swimming pool and privacy.
- The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. We had a king bed which was very comfortable. The courtyard and pool are very pretty. We did not go in, but it was lovely to see. The weekend buffet was very nice for a reasonable fee. The continental breakfast included with our room was adequate.
- Very personal and beautiful place!! The staff was very helpful and good spirited. I recommend everyone to book and enjoy!
Cons -
- The bathroom is a bit outdated and some parts of the building are very deteriorated.
- Water pressure was very week and showering was difficult. It is an old building and perhaps water is at a premium here. But for the price of our stay, I expected more. Cuernavaca is not really a walkable city. Most accommodations are outside the city center and not really safe to walk. Uber is very reasonable, so that did not end up being a problem. But this hotel is not walkable to the center as some reviews indicated. It is a 10 minute cab ride.
