The location and gardens

The room too old, the scary and ugly outdated “paint” on wall, hair on the bathtub, horrible pillows- couldn’t sleep at all- the light goes through plastic blinds- I wanted to extend my stay but I checked out to change hotels.

The maid took a dirty wet towel off the floor and laid it on my clothes!!! She also never replaced the waters!!

Everything was good the heated pool was amazing

To much noise in the night, I think was the air-conditioner machines that are outside the room

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The grounds are gorgeous and the main pool was super peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean and we loved that there was 24/7 room service available. We had the breakfast buffet one day and it was really good (albeit a little expensive.) It is also a pet friendly hotel and a better pet friendly option in the area. Good location. Maybe a 20 minute walk or short taxi to the center of town and all the main attractions in Cuernavaca. The wifi worked well for working remote. We would definitely stay here again.

The second pool on the upper level was a little dirty and neglected compared to the other pool. I also had thought the gym looked promising when I booked this hotel, but they didn't have free weights even though they were in the pictures and half of the equipment was broken. Hopefully will be fixed in the future if we decide to stay again.

Amazing place, the rooms are a little old but they have everything, breakfast is amazing. It is also pet friendly. The pool is warm and long that you can swim, I strongly recommend

Parking staff in the night was very rude, when I asked him that I wanted to park my car, he told me "well, if you think you can"...

The staff were instantly accomodating when we requested a room change.

The first room we were put into was old. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. We asked for a room change and were put into a renovated room that had hard floor (instead of carpet). The second room was much better.

Very small room with very low ceiling, needs renovation. You can hear everything from the next room which is kind of a adjacent room. Playground also needs maintenance.

After making the reservation for two my daughter decided to join us, the price for the room was $72 per night, I was told that $36 per day would be added for my daughter but the last day at check out I was told that it was $92 per day for my daughter.

Nice hotel for a short stay with family, restaurant with good variety of food and good buffe for breakfast. Staff very kind. Two pools, both a bit small but we can not complain because there was not so much people during our weekend stay, so we got to enjoy one of them a lot! There is one in front of the hotel really nice and warm and with a bubbles jacuzzi and another one uphill in the hotel with water at ambience temperature quite ok too! Hotel is not too big but with pretty facilities to walk around

Pools can be quite crowded if there is a lot of people at the hotel, they can be insufficient. Hotel feels a little outdated but price and gardens compensate. The main part of the hotel where rooms are located can feel a bit packed, but the uphill part of the hotel gives that sensation of space that one may need occasionally, although there are not rooms there just gardens.

The room was to dark and the emergency exit to the pool was blocked with a desk...
