We drove in from the Mexico City airport and were a late arrival. Despite that, the desk was staffed and we were able to get in our room. The grounds are very beautiful, as is the set-up for breakfast, which was also excellent. The staff couldn't be nicer or more accommodating. Our room had A/C, which was almost a necessity, in our opinion. The room was very clean and well-maintained, as were the grounds. This is obviously an older hotel, with older fixtures, some of which could use upgrading. But what was there, worked fine for us. The beds were comfortable. There was hot water, although it took a while to arrive. It has a nice bar, but it is only intermittently staffed, and wine is something of a novelty item. There is secure parking, at a small fee. It is short drive, and not too long a walk to the historic district from the hotel
It would be advisable for them to upgrade the decor, especially in terms and providing A/C to all the rooms. We were traveling with friends, who didn't have A/C, as we had booked an upgrade room. The hotel did not have a restaurant for evening meals, and there were only a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Just for note, one was an excellent sushi place. We had a car, so that wasn't a big problem, but it is something to consider.
The staff: Mariana and Alondra @ front desk were excellent. The staff @ restaurant was great; the value of breakfast was good. Cleanliness in public areas and rooms was pristine! A bit disappointing was a slow drainage in the toilette room, need to use DRANO to unclog the drains. Otherwise, everything else was wonderful, and we hope to go back later in the year, if possible. THANK YOU ?.

Location, place and food
Everything was fine except for the upgraded room. I stayed before on the old more cheaper one and it better for the pice.
The rooms are refurbished and the location is ideal to visit several places in Cuernavaca. The breakfast was good value.
The pool was a little too cold.

I loved the staff and the treatment they gave us from the very beginning. Everyone was very kind and nice. The place is also beautiful and the breakfast out of this world.
The internet connection
Everything was great. Service was excellent, and it was always clean. Food was delicious, and there were a lot of breakfast options included.
The pool was a little chilly, and the shower always spilled all over the bathroom. But it didn't really bother us.
Personal was very kind and helpful. The garden was beautiful and breakfast was good.
It was a bit long to have hot water.
Friendly staffs, beautiful garden and delicious breakfast.
The rooms are old and not well maintained. We did not have hot water in our room and had to move to a smaller and likely cheaper than what we had prepaid for. The new room also had issues - drainage issues with the toilet and in the shower area. The bathroom is also very small - a couple of inch between the sink and the person when sitting on the toilet. We had to move again next day. Comparing the price difference between Hotel Posada Quinta Las Flores and the one we stayed in the central Mexico City (room is MUCH bigger and cleaner, and the hotel offers all the modern amenities), this place is too expensive.
Beautiful Garden, wonderful breakfast
Too old, even remodeled rooms the furniture was old and in bad shape. Shower curtain too short.. water went all over, no elevator, no refrigerator in rooms, bed too uncomfortable.
I liked the friendly staff, the location was great for our needs, the restaurant and breakfast were good. The property had nice lush gardens. The room was kept clean. The room had the basic necessities and was overall comfortable.
The room did not have air conditioning. The fan in the room was decent and kept the room from getting too hot. Our room was on the street side so it was noisy starting like 4 a.m. The shower got messy with water spilling over to the rest of the floor.
Wonderful place to stay! Beautiful gardens and incredible staff. Whenever I visit I look forward to staying here - it's like my home in Cuernavaca

Someof the instalations are old and need maintenance. The parking room is not enough for alll the vehicles and leaving your vehicle outside is a no.
Large grounds. Good quality restraunt. Simple and well run family hotel.
