Hotel Ilebal Cuernavaca Centro - lugar con encanto!

I loved the location, walking distance(15mins) to the Zocalo.

Pool closes too early

The food at the restaurant was amazing and the staff is really kind

Was to warmWithout AC

The rooms were very clean and the team was very hospitable.

The garden and pool area were very nice.

staff was super warm

I stayed at the pet friendly room but experience was not as expected. I found a roach in the bathroom and lots of ants in the linens.

Great value, tucked away and helpful staff and good shower!

Beware if you don't like to walk (up or down hills) and we were unsure how breakfast worked. Basic hotel.

Very clean, quiet and a good night sleep!

It was just beautiful all around. Cozy. Friendly environment. Great service and room service from the restaurant. Inexpensive, simple dishes that satisfied. Absolutely brilliant occasion. My son and I bonded and relaxed and made new friends.

The room needs an additional lock because child could open the door anytime and jump in the pool.

Night staff was helpful. King bed was nice.

The room was too far, too many stairs to climb up with luggage. At midnight when we arrived, The room was boiling hot. The room has a ceiling fan, no AC, but Marcos let us borrow a floor fan. It's a good value if you're comfortable without AC. I couldn't stay here again because it's simply too hot for me and my wife.

It's a pretty hotel, the facility us confortable and for sure is rustic, and has great cleanliness. The staff is nice and gentle. Is what I expected to be (refering just to the facilities and staff). Services included could definetly be better

First of all the wifi network did no t work at all. I tried several times to navegate but was useless. You just can't check email, watch youtube nor netflix. Now to the paking; it is free as they say in their webpage and also in booking.com, never the less you have to give them your keys, is not an option to keep them. Although is not wrong I did not know that and I would have like to because I think they doesn't keep your car in the hotel facility.

It's Clean and seem to be recently remodeled

Windows are not sound proof, noisy guests (singing/drinking) late at night.

Very well taken care of

Small and convenient

The hotel was cozy. The staff very friendly and attentive.

Everything was great.

No breakfast

There was no water for shower

cozy, warm place with great value for your money

Not bad, but might benefit from a renewal in some furniture.
