Location is a bit far from Mexico City

Property was BEAUTIFUL! Staff was friendly. Pool was great. 10/10

There was no shower door so anytime we took a shower it would flood the bathroom. Used a lot of towels to keep the floor dry so we wouldn’t slip.

The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. Great pools and gardens. Our room and bed was large and comfortable. I even left my phone in the room after we had left and was able to organize to pick it back up.

The shower pressure in our room (321) was very low.

Overpriced. Waiters argued with customers to insist on us taking the buffet when we asked for a menu. Weekends were inundated with locals who kept us from going to eat without a long wait.

Better trained staff. Better price, quality value for the money. Pave the roads in front of the hotel and fill in the potholes on the road in front of hotel. Finally, allow the hotel guests to park their own vehicle.

Food was awful, the pool was cold, not vegetarian options, no soy or almond milk for the coffee, air conditioning awful a lot of noise, super super dark room.

Room cleaning was always late, the place is difficult to reach and there is nothing outside of it

The place as a whole is beautiful, and I attended a wedding so I got to see the space even more beautiful.Staff is very friendly.

However the rooms are not made for privacy or silence, if there were people in hallways just passing by and living normal life, it felt like they were inside the room, and of course you expect to hear a bit of noise when staying at a hotel, but this was excessive.There was also a Flamenco or Folclor video/photoshoot going on around 9:00 am on a sturday right outside our windows in like a little hallway between rooms, I understand 9am is not the earliest but when on vacation and after a late night wedding, it was not the best good morning. Ordered Room Service for breakfast, it came after 1.5 hrs, and it was cold.

The problem I had is whit Booking I first ask for three nights and then change it for two and got charge 3 nights you are a nightmare and I got charge 900.00 dlls and everybody got charge $450.00 dlls so I felt robe $450.00 dlls when Expedia was charging $142. dlls a night very unpleasant situation even at my age still learning you are a big fraud will try to never use you agin and your customer service sucks you never answer nothing

The place is beautiful and clean the staff very nice and helpful, also very cheerful.

Beautiful original details around the property, just walking around was delightful. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was stunning and very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet and calm.

It was difficult to find my building and room when I first arrived.
