I love the location but the bar downstairs was loud. I did not sleep at all. Too loud. Perfect place to party but not to rest before flying

How loud the bar was. They need better soundproof doors and windows

Location is fabulous!

My room was small, dark (unless I opened curtains onto a public hallway), and ventilation was poor, a ceiling fan with two settings: high or off. I saw another room that was roomy and had a lovely view, I was told it was a Jr Suite. Stay there!

Customer service was very bad, we arrived at 6:30am and requested early check-in but they very unflexible eventhough they had rooms available. I will never return to this hotel.

It was in the center of town and walking distance to shops restaurants and night life.

It was noisy and it was hard to get any sleep because of the level of noise.

I recommend you to not take any rooms closer to the elevator as you can hear everything. The bar in the 3rd floor plays music till 11am.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is in the center of everything that you would like to see. It has many restaurants available at it's door steps. The building is beautiful with lots of history.

It was difficult to locate your room as it feels like a labyrinth. The hotel was built in stages and the numbering of the rooms is confusing. The stairs to the different levels go up and down and back up. It is difficult to explain. You must experience it

Amazing location in the heart of the historic district.

The cockroach I saw in the room upon arrival was an unwelcome first impression. Two lightbulbs in the room were out and I needed to ask twice before someone showed up to fix. The facial tissues receptacle was empty. A housekeeper opened the door to the room without knocking. The buffet breakfast is not very good with weak cold coffee and frequently empty bins of food and stale pastries. They tried to charge me for a glass of ice. The internet service is poor.

There is no parking lot owned by the property, and the available one while it is close. It is also very busy.

Location was great. Rooms were somewhat spacious

No elevators. We had an elder person in our group that had a hard time walking up and down stairs. No private parking. Trying to park close to this hotel is difficult.

I love the location it was very close to catedral, 1 block to be exact. Close to restaurants. Close to everything

The service, everyone was very nice

Mision Catedral Hôtel was super clean and comfortable ! Easy to find! Right in front of the catedral and plaza. Easy access to an oxxo and restaurant

This place in in the best location of the city with a view tot he Cathedral. The cleanliness of the room was top notch and the staff was amazing. I recommend the breakfast offered with the rental. It was out of this world.

The stairs to get to our room was pretty weird you had to take an elevator walk down a few steps and the up a few step… that was not fun

The hotel use QR codes and that is not convenient. And there is no phone in rooms to contact front desk and I had an emergency and I wasn't able to contact the front desk. I will not return to this hotel for the lack of security.

What I liked about the property was that it is located in front of the Cathedral.

Since we arrived the lady in the reception ignored us. She looked at us up and down and didn’t not greet us. Once we began to speak English and she saw my ring, she proceeded to greet us. Then the room they assigned to us was the worst. Right outside our door there were piles of dirty towels that remained there 2 days out of the 3 days that we were there. They only made the beds but never changed the sheets or swept. We asked if they knew of a restaurant that would take reservations for New Year’s Eve and they told us no. Come to find out there was a restaurant on the rooftop of the hotel. Check out was the same, they didn’t help up with our luggage and made it difficult for us to check out. I’ve stayed at higher end and cheaper hotels, this was by far the WORST. I am a brown skin Mexican American and it is unfortunate that due to my color of skin, my family and I were treated poorly.

Staff was nice and I was given a room with a window when I asked. Rooms were clean and serviced daily.

A/C in the rooms with window would be great. It was warm during my stay and the room was stuffy and warm during the day due to no A/C.
