La fachada se veía muy moderna

Staff was not helpful, couldn’t get extra pillows or towels, rooms were dirty and hot, no ac available, hotel is very outdated, the towels were so old, my bedspread had stains as well as curtains. One curtain was completely shredded in a corner.

Breakfast was very good.

The price for the location was high. No electric suckets to charge phone.

The location was close to the city center

the hotel we booked was fully booked, we were sent to another hotel. The checkin took 2 hours because they did not have enough staff. I booked 2 rooms, because everything was fully booked out I received one room. For breakfast there were only 5 tables available. We needed to wait over an hour to get a table. In the last day we got send to another hotel for breakfast because they were reparing the kitchen. Also the room was smelling really bad like canalisation.
