Fiesta Inn Morelia Altozano

Location and cleanliness

Looks like hospital room

I like the location , the tranquility ,the parking spaces

That they didn’t leave toilet paper and water bottles , I requested new clean sheets the cleaning ladies left me the same ones again

It was clean and comfortable.

The only complaint is the sink that was almost fully clogged and there was not protection, my wife lost an earring because of that. But all the rest was pretty good.

Welcoming staff. Conveniently located attached to an outdoor mall with restaurants. Super comfortable bed and the pillows!!! Rain shower♥️ desk in room. Everything you need. Great value.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Very nice location, good amenities.

The rooms are very small, needs some maintenance.

People were friendly. We arrived considerably early but they were incredibly accommodating, since there were 2 people of advanced age it was truly appreciated having access to the rooms early on. And in the hotel's restaurant they gave us takeaway of hot chocolate cost free. Room size was good and also clean.

It was intensely loud at night, no insulation sound. The building is not as new anymore and would do well with some improvements and updates.

Location is extraordinary, the hotel is located at the center of plaza Altozano, having restaurants, cinema, and multiple shops at walking distance.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. My only negative comment is about the bathroom (shower). The shower floor is so so slippery that I almost fall… I mentioned this to my husband as I was worried about my father in law in the room next to us. That morning he also mentioned that he almost fell down in the shower, so he used a towel to stand up during taking a shower. A call out to the hotel… on adapting a proper shower carpet, or something that could minimize that slippery floor.

Very clean, comfortable, affordable, and great location in modern shopping plaza

The location and the view

I chose this hotel for the gym and it was kind pf disappointing

Excellent breakfast. Everything was nice and clean, people at the reception very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel… but bad room !

I asked for a room with a view ! They gave us the worse room ! Plus we were In a room in the back … looking down at another roof which had a pump that made noise all night long !

Bad

They never got my booking, I arrived late and had nowhere to stay because they were full… the didn’t even bothered to give me an option or call another branch near by.

the view was amazing.the breakfast was nice.

that you only get one coffee filter when you have two guests staying in the same room, so only one guess can have coffee that doesn't make sense. We order a steak to our room and the steak was overcooked. The room was hot in the though the A/C was on, so we slept with our patio door open since it was cooler outside that inside the room.the pool was not indoor, and pool was not heated.

location

rooms not very comfortable. check in staff was not well informed and we had difficulties checking jn.

Great location and friendly staff, located in a shopping mall with everything you could need just a few steps away

furniture, bathroom and overall facilites in the room are old and in bad shape

Friendly staff

The shower and bathroom are in front of the bed. There's a glass door on the shower which is not appropriate for a family. The toilet has a full door but feels weirdly located in front of the bed. The desk is also kind of awkward and the storage space while sufficient is right on the room. No separation at all.

it was the Venue for a Wedding

very wornvery small roomvery small closet

The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood. The beds are comfortable.

You can hear the noise from other rooms.

location and view

the room is too small. the sink was into the room. very poor space to move within the room

bad

I got a room behind elevators and wasn't able to sleesleep at all i talk to the manager next morning his anwser was sorry couldn't do any thing
