Great location kitty corner to the Cathedral 2 blocks from the mercado de dulces perfect location excellent service staff is great

Location got me the parking was little hard wish they had the parking address but still not hard to find or there is valet parking

Bed could be little better for an luxurious hotel thats it... the rest its very good they have near by american fast food if u need something quick but having all the traditional foods why eat the burger king and subway

The location is great, we walked to so many great places and could easy walk back to the hotel in no time.

The thermostat was limited to 21 degrees, I like to sleep colder. A lower temperature would've been better.

It was clean, colonial style, comfortable and well maintained.

Right in the zocalo ,easy access if you’ll like to drop your shopping bags take a break or bathroom break. Staff friendly!Has a nice breakfast buffet every morning in a very nice patio area.

Free valet parking, helpful staff, updated rooms, good hot water in shower, sink separate from toilet and shower was perfect for multiple people getting ready in the morning, comfortable beds, next to Plaza de Armas and one block from the Cathedral.

The Copacabana restaurant/bar on the property tried to charge me double the price for a cocktail because they claimed they were out of their cheap tequila, which I argued wasn’t my problem. This was after the server tried to up-sell me on more expensive tequila when ordering and I specifically told him I didn’t care which tequila they used in the mixed drink but I wouldn’t pay more than the listed price. Not sure if it is run by the same owners as the hotel so I won’t hold it against the hotel, but just be careful if using the restaurant/bar.

The location was perfect!! Had a perfect view overlooking the main plaza and cathedral. The staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast was also really good.

The rooms and hotel could be cleaner. Found cockroaches in my room and the gym. Would also like to see a more equipment in the gym.

Staff was super nice and helpful. I loved that they had a tour company office in the hotel so that made me feel more comfortable with going on a tour. They had our taxi waiting exactly at the time we had agreed on to return to the airport. Beds could have been more comfortable in my opinion, not sure if im too tall (5”10) but my feet were coming out of the bed a bit ? .

Location, i love the staff. Always willing to help. The valet parking was superb.

The loud music next door late in the night. Music playing until 1-2am in the morning.

I think it was too pricey and the rooms were too small. The bathroom was very small.

Bed was very uncomfortable, it dipped on one side and made a noise everytime I moved. Breakfast was cold. No window in bedroom.
