We had booked days before and the room we got the last time was clean, confortable so we decided to book here again but this time the room was not as shown in pictures. The couch had stains, the carpet looked very old, the bed box was made of fabric and was ripped.

It was very spatius and clean.

It’s not quite close to the city center

Mostly everything was very clean.

The room rug was extremely dirty, after a few minutes of bare foot, they were black

I was very hopeful that I was going to like it, since the restaurant in the lobby is great! Also, the location is very convenient. However, I was very disappointed at how run down the room looked. I am probably not going to stay there again.

The room is not updated. The towels had holes. The beds had no blankets and when we requested them, the ones they brought to the room were old and stained. The carpet was also stained. Also, the bathroom, although very clean, it needs to be updated.

The parking lot greater was super nice.

They down graded my reservation because they over booked, but charged me the price of my original reservation.

Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable.Cleanins ladies were extremely noisy, slamming doors and chatting very loudly, If you wanted to rest past 8am it was impossible.Lights were not working correctly. No food or beverages past 9 pm. This is a Fiesta rewards member, it should be at least decent.

Great and very helpful staff! The room was fantastic, comfortable bed, so clean, shower was great! Coffee maker, safe, iron, hair dryer, this room was equipped! I will visit again for sure!

King suite eas very nice

Restaurant used to be very good (Josefina). Quality for dinner was very poor, took over an hour to get meals, to the point that the food was comped. Mariachi band trumpet way too loud. Hardly any other clients...

Linens with holes, curtains with holes. I took pictures we talked to the hotel and they made nothing to change it. The room was in deplorable conditions. Cleanliness was an issue too, it smelled bad.

Good Location, very clean, friendly stuff, delicious food.

The key cards will deactivated itself everyday, we were there for 4 nights (3 rooms) and it was annoying to have to go back to front desk to get them fixed every time.

Clean and comfortable, there was a huge private terrace in our room to enjoy mountain views

Good Value for Price, also well located and clean rooms.

Pillows could improve, also minibar would be a nice to have in room.

The room was a little cold, but they quickly added a space heater that warmed it right up. Thanks!

Very centered and there always were parking places. The room service was very fast and the food was tasty. Cleanup was very neat and reliable. Smart TV had internet access and it was Netflix/Prime Video ready. The amenities were ok.

The iron had some plastic stuck to the heating pad and was kind of difficult to iron clothes since the vapor holes were clogged. The balcony was completely neglected and quite frankly seemed like the owners just didn't care about it for years. Paint was falling off, it had a lot of dust, and it appeared to have some sort of wood on the floor that was broken.
