Clean

Too much people and few parking spaces

It was a great stay. Very comfortable beds, welcoming staff, and by far the BEST selection of breakfast foods

The shower set up was a little weird, but overall it wasn’t bad.

That they didn't respect the reservation even though I had confirmed number, credit card data and personally called the hotel reservation for confirmation and arrival time

Clean rm and very spacious. Staff was attentive, and they have an excellent independent taxi service that arrived on time to drive us to the airport. Close to the mall.

It was the Holiday In Express so there is no restaurant in hotel. But the regular Holiday Inn is a few blocks away.

We have a good breakfast, chilaquiles, pancakes, juices coffee etc very good selection

The room nice and clean and the whole hotel , good location

Clean. Comfortable bed. Recently remodeled. Staff very helpful and nice.

THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY, THE HOTEL CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE

THE POOL IS VERY COLD, IMPOSSIBLE TO ENJOY IT

The attention of the front desk and the comfort of the beds

The water pressure was low and the shower. Besides that, the shower had limescale

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could wish for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep.

Amazing customer service, everybody was friendly and always trying to help, the selecting and quality of the food in the included breakfast buffet was outstanding

Everyone was very attentive, welcoming and very friendly. Complementary water in the room, coffee, hand soap! Body wash and shampoo of name brand. Free parking with plenty of spaces. very accessible to airport and shopping. The pool area very clean. The ladies at breakfast very welcoming and attentive, cleared away unwanted food and plates, always asked what else they could provide us with.

Unable to open windows for fresh air. Some of the breakfast food quality lacked freshness

The hotel canceled my reservation wit other notification, even though in booking.com was confirmed and paid.Really bad attitude from the employees..

Holiday in express didn't honour my reservation. When I showed up to the front fest they mentioned that they had given my room as the hotel was full
