Hotel De La Soledad

The hotel is beautiful. The room was the same. Very clean, great service.

Last year, the breakfast was complimentary at the restaurant but they removed this perk this year. Other then that the hotel is amazing and I will definitely be returning.

The hotel is my favorite in Morelia. Location and security is excellent

I have stayed many times and always leave very happy. On this visit we had problems with mosquitos or something similar in our room. I brought it to the attention of the front desk and they acted like they knew nothing about it. They tried to keep insects out by putting drain covers on the shower drain but it didn't help. The public restroom by the restaurant also had covers over the drains. I was bitten while sleeping and did not get good rest for two nights.

I was so excited to stay at this amazing hotel and I was not disappointed! The attention to detail in the entire place was incredible. The service staff were so attentive and friendly. The decor was breathtaking. I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay. So happy I stayed here.

No mini fridge or coffee available. Would be nice to have USB ports.

We loved the restaurant, the staff and of course the music.

We learned AFTER we danced to the romantic live music, that dancing was discouraged. I would prefer to be informed beforehand.

Beautiful and Great place to stay!!! Hotel is around the corner from the Main cathedral of Morelia. Their food is good but if you going on a weekend plan to reserve. Rooms are very spacious and very clean. Staff were very nice, attentive and very informative.

Beautiful hotel with old charm but with modern facilities. Our corner room was a bit small but very elegant and clean. The bed and pillows were amazing…very comfortable!! The restaurant has a lot of greenery around it and the food is delicious

Love the restaurant in La Soledad. Breakfast are awesome, also it is a great place to take a drink at the end of the day.

We traveled in December; roos sometimes can be too cold because of the type of construction; however, the room has a mini split that throws hot air, and that helps to keep the room warm.

They used to include breakfast with the reservation, they should reconsider including breakfast since prices have increased and this service was removed.

Amazing hotel, with perfect location in the historic center of Morelia. Building of the Hotel is 400 years old and Hotel is working 300 years at the same building. So beautiful and specious rooms, cleanliness on the top level and room was soundproof so not any kind of noise from the street was able to be heard. Bed was super comfortable…Staff from the reception was super helpful and very kind on each one of the request and questions. Especially I would like say thanks to Vivian and Minerva.Restaurant is looking amazing with garden and closed area and food was just perfect and delicious.

Wonderfully comfortable bed, warm and friendly staff, beautifully decorated, high ceilings, historic architecture with well integrated updates, great lighting, charming little birds, really excellent restaurant.

Personally, I would appreciate vegan options on the dinner menu but there may not be enough interest to warrant it — just adding my vote.

The AC didn’t work, It’s was very important that day because the heat wave in all Mexico. I couldn’t sleep well.

The ambiance of this hotel is truly special. The common areas are beautifully decorated as well as the guest rooms. Stepping into the hotel you feel like you are in a special oasis. The staff are attentive and very helpful as well.
