It was conveniently located in the middle of everything and had a few options in walking distance

The atmosphere

there was a party every night at the hotel ballroom, first nights the noice from the music (dj) was very loud, at 1:30 am had to call the front desk to complaint about the noice and ask to be change to a different room (I was traveling whit my 14 year old daughter), the person at the phone from front desk ask me if I wanted to change room I said yes and he told me the party ended at 2:00 am, like he was suggesting me to wait for it to end, he told me he was going to see if any rooms were available and call me back, I let 20 minutes pass and no call, call back front desk and ask again to ve moved, (i suspected they were just giving me the round around for the party to end).At 2:00 am a staff person came for us and move us to the 5th floor (was in 2nd floor).The next days of my stay there was a party in the hotel ballroom every day so the noise was loud, still can hear it but a little less.Definitely will not return.

Location and staff

Walls too thin. Tennis courts were not available to guests during peak prefered hours. Loud music and parties made it difficult to make it a relaxing vacation

Spacious room

Cleanliness of the room and the bathroom.Staff is not helpful.I was overcharged at check-in and paid more than the booking reservation.

The Maria Bonita spa ladies were fantastic. Thank you for an incredible one hour massage. I booked 6 for me and my family and we all came out melting with delight.

Elevator is small and slow. I took the stairs. You made me workout on my long 4 days weekend. LOL.

Beds are so comfy, room very clean, quiet. Extremely good location.

I really like the location, which is accessible to go to downtown malls, parks, zoo, and more sites of interest.

One of the beda was too hard and not easy to sleep.

They didn’t fix the AC, the room the was so hot. I told them and they supposedly sent someone to fix it while i was out but when I came back, the room was just as warm.The breakfast isn’t included

When I arrived I didn't get too much information about the Hotel no checkout time didn't tell me about the restaurants or breakfast or how to get to the swimming pool and also I was giving the wrong room I booked a king size and got two doubles even though in the end it worked out fine but not what I paid for

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff was sooo amicable! And it’s located in a beautiful planetarium and close to downtown

The rooms were very clean, we got a room that was close to the gym and it was really loud, we call the front desk and they were very professional and moved us to a better room.

Lovely stay, my room overlooked the pool and gardens. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again.

The sink has a leak and we repeler to maintenance and I think they didn’t do anything because we still have it

Location

Noise had plumbing issues elevator repair and walls aren’t very sound proof. Also close to events music wax blasting weeknights. Guests should have priority with tennis facilities but they have to work around private classes

The hotel sits right in the middle of a small park, so it was surrounded by threes and a calm atmosphere. It has its private parking and it is always monitored. One of the rooms we were assigned to had an amazing 180° view of the city and nearby hills. This room was a bit chilly but heating worked just fine. The other room was always incredibly warm and cozy. There was a fair nearby but it wasn't a problem in any way. In each floor there are cookies and coffee for the grabs and on our floor we also had a communal puzzle. The hotel has a restaurant, a bar and an open air terrace, all offer good service and food in generous quantities, prices are also decent. There was a pool, but Morelia can get cold in winter, so maybe better leave it for the summer. The area is well located, incredibly safe, quiet, and there are at least 2 shopping centers (restaurants, bars, super, coffe shops, banks) just around the corner. The city center is like 15 to 20 min by cab, but we preferred to remain in the premises, which was incredible. Correlation price-value was definitely worth it. Good for family trips and to have a good rest.

The installations were a bit outdated, and there was just one elevator with limited capacity, but nothing to worry about.
